BEWARE ! If you can find another Dr. in Lehigh/Ft. Myers PLEASE do so. The worst Treatment, Un-compassion & Disorganized staff I've ever dealt with. Never answers messages left on the voicemail, gives you an appointment & when you show up tells you you were a no show on another day (even though according to them, the person who made the appointment made the mistake & is no longer with them) still doesn't accommodate you . I had several test done & they never called be back to set a follow-up appointment, I had to keep calling & finally get an appointment after over a month later, took time off from work to go to my visit & was told to re schedule because my appointment was another date, even though they've called me the day prior to remind me & etc. Been waiting since April 2022 for a referral to a specialist which has never been received through I've made constant reminders to them to please send it. Once I called the office to tell them the a particular med that was prescribed I couldn't take because I am allergic to & it's on my file. Nurse Rolando told me that if everyone was to look into what their meds contain & it's side effects, they wouldn't take it & if I was so worried then I should take Tylenol! REALLY. This is just a tiny sample of the staff & things that go on in this office. Finally I stormed out of the office yesterday, without being able to see the Dr. & go over the results, no refills on my meds & the same bad/ unprofessional treatment. Here's the punchline... I was told by another office (clerk) staff that I was still a no show because today is Wednesday! I told her to check her calendar because today is Tuesday & my appointment is for Tuesday ! ( I'm writing this a day after ) I will be reporting this office & it's staff etc. to my insurance company this morning.

Es una oficina de poco control,luego de un año hoy pude ver al Dr Ruiz,no soy muy exijente,pero en 3 ocasiones he sido mal atendido,errores medicos,aún cuando el servicio no es gratis ,no los recomiendo.

I've been to this doctor more than once. He gets right to it, fixes what is wrong, does it right, fixes it. He is excellent. He is also very friendly. I rated him earlier but my rating only showed 1 star when I picked 5 stars.

Bad management!!! No training but they tell you they will train you, head down mouth shut, do your job-directly from supervisor, also misdirects you and then reprimands you. Worst experience, management does not support or help, turn over is very high!!!

This office has been a God send. I am so happy with the way they treat me and take care of me. I would never go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this amazing team for my care to anyone who needs somewhere to go.
