I can not say enough good things about Dr.Wallace. She listens, her head is not in the computer the entire 4 min Doctors usually give. She listens and discusses what the problem could be. She takes her time on every visit. Dr. Wallace is one of the only Doctors in the Fort Myers area I trust completely.

Had my appointment set 3 months ago. They called a week ago to let me know that the doctor will call me. No need to go to the office. 5 mins before the set call, they called to let me know I have to fill out paperwork. What??! Why call me now when I’m driving? They had 3 months to tell me this. Now I have no doctor and no medicine.

Love Dr Wallace. She is a very caring, compassionate and professional doctor. She is always very detailed when explaining things and listens carefully when you talk. Also, she does not order unnecessary tests as some others have noted. I'm not sure what that was about, but she has only ordered tests which were needed. The nurse's amd other staff there are great. They are all friendly and helpful. And regarding med refills, NO, you do NOT need to make an appt to request a refill of a medication. All I had to do was call and tell them which med I needed the refill for and they'd send it over to my local pharmacy. As long as it's the same dosage and not a narcotic pain med (they are not allowed to refill pain meds over the phone). I'd highly recommend Dr Wallace to anyone seeking an awesome Dr without the bull****. :)

She is the best. Shes caring, she listens, and she helps no matter what. I got a case a cellulitis one day. It was a weekend and i called her to let her know cause i have had it before. Her and her family was at Disney World. She took the time for me to call in antibiotics for me.i got them the same day. She is that kind of family doctor that will go that extra mile for you. I just love her.

Love the doc but the support staff does not communicate nor carry out administrative tasks without multiple prompts. Very frustrating.

I have been going to her for years and had an ex girlfriend called her office and said something and she dropped me as a patient she wrote me a letter that said she would only write my scripts for 30 days and when icalled her office to get a refil she wouldn't and asked me to stop calling her office I always liked her but what she did was wrong I can't get my meds and she doesn't Care

Dr Wallace has been my family physician for several years; she and her office staff are always kind, professional and caring. I have an acute condition which she has followed me for several years. With her help I can keep it under control.

She is rude and not personable. She does not give thorough exams and give the proper attention to your needs. She just focuses on diets. I would not recommend as a pcp.
