The staff and Dr Helmy are wonderful. My children goes here. Caring, friendly. I drive an hour to go to this office. I would definitely recommend Dr Helmy if you're looking for a neurologist.

New patient and surprised it was not a long wait. Felt comfortable after visiting with Dr. Helmy. This visit was for my son and Dr. Helmy took his time to explain and answered our questions and concerns.

Told me to go to other specialists that did almost nothing for me (like the geneticist that literally just asked about family history and did nothing else). He did order MRIs but when those came back without a clear answer he provided no help with managing the issue that brought me in. Desk staff was rude and unprofessional with me having to wait an hour after my appointment time to be seen, especially ridiculous considering he is a pediatric neurologist so he should understand school is being skipped to come.

Highly recommend this office the Doctor is very knowledgeable and long term experienced. Ms Marie is one of a kind shes very loving,kind receptionist and very encourageous shes always calming me down whenever im higly overwhelmed by my sons situation ♥ thanks alot for everything my family appreciate you all at Adel Helmys office ❣❣

Great place, my son has been going her for 2 years and Nurse Marie is awesome and she helps us with our referrals and appointments. Dr. Helmut cares for the kids.

I want to say emphatically that Doctor Helmy saved my daughter months of anguish. She had already gone though tests and specialists for 8 months before we got to see Dr.Helmy. When we did he went over and above to fight my insurance company to get her tests that she needed. He fought his way up the food chain for my girl. He kept me abreast of his thoughts. When he could no longer fight, he called me right away and told me to take her to a public hospital and get her admitted through the emergency pediatric department. He advised me to fight hard. He was absolutely right and she was diagnosed with what he had suspected...Multiple Sclerosis. Dr. Helmy and staff were brilliant in helping me. Because of him and his team, I was able to get her treatment more quickly and prevent further damage. Kudos to you Dr. Helmy

We highly recommend Dr Helmy and his assistant. The Dr is very patient, explains everything without any rush. He made my son with his diagnosis and that's helped tremendously with all the therapy he needed. They truly care about their patient.
