I had a previous back surgery which had gone well so I thought but managed to catch a staff infection in my spine. After a few days of agonizing pain, I was taken by rescue to RI Hospital for the pain. Dr. Kleinhenz examined my records and observing my situation, I was taken back into surgery. The surgery was a success thanks to Dr. Kleinhenz. While recovering in the hospital, Dr Kleinhenz visited me daily if not him someone from his group. Thank you Dr. Kleinhenz for taking care of me. I sincerely believe you saved my life.

He’s great! His staff, CHRIS and LEANN have treated me like crap!! Don’t even know how to gets shots approved from work Comp, but they did it for the past 8 years!! I have literally been waiting 6 months for them to get shots approved for my knees!!! And they call me yesterday and tell me that it’s my job to get them approved? That’s your jobs idiots! That’s SHALLOW as heck! UNACCEPTABLE, guess I’m gonna find another Doctor! ADIOS ????I’m gonna report you all even more!

Dr. Kleinhenz ws very professional and caring. He listened to my concerns, asked the relevant questions then educated me about my condition and made great recommendations. Excellent customer service also from his staff. Especially the lady at the front dest. She was very attentive and helpful. Thanks a lot for my great experience.

Dr. Kleinhenz did two total knee replacements on me and did a wonderful job. I retained full range of motion for both knees. He is truly a sincere and very caring doctor who is skilled in both the mechanics of surgery and follow up care and bed side manner is unmatched by any orthopedic surgeon I interviewed. His integrity is high on the scale and he is truly a dedicated doctor who is concerned about the welfare of his patients. I highly recommend this this surgeon for any of your surgical needs. You will be fully satisfied with his skills and caring demeanor.
