I was here in Florida for vacation. I was in a boating accident, Dr. Coats and team were excellent! I had a Laminectomy and fusion, from a bad fracture/compression. Dr. Coats is a warm kind man. He stopped by my room at the hospital every day, 14 days. He personally removed my stitches in his clinic, everyone was so kind and helpful. I am now back in Minnesota after a 2 month stay before traveling He saved my life from the possibility of being paralyzed , I am so grateful for you and for you being my surgeon,

From my first consultation with Dr. Coats to the end of surgery, Dr. Coats is truly amazing. His bed side manner is not only professional but caring, compassionate and answers all concerns the patient might have. Wish I would have had this surgery 10 years ago as my surgery was very successful and I am able to walk without any pain in back or legs.

Dr Coates has been my neurosurgeon for over 10 years. He and his staff are very competent in what they do. I enjoy going back to this practice because I'm getting a little older 60 years old now and I enjoy how they take the time to explain things. I'm also a physician a chiropractor. And we do like to get adjusted but when that does not work I refer my patients also to this doctor goats. He is so knowledgeable he's gentle and kind and explaining things he practices as I practice where the patient comes first. I would highly recommend his clinic his staff and he as a doctor. I will return.

Dr Coats and his office staff are great. Dr Coats always takes his time to listen and is never in any hurry. Alicea and Andrea are always very accommodating and professional in the office or on the phone. Blessed that I’m being seen by these wonderful people.

My experience with Dr.Coats and his staff.was excellent.I would recommend Dr.Coats, I was treated with the best care.even meeting him in the hospital after a 12hr.back surgery Dr.Coats is just an overall caring and pleasant person, and knows his stuff.😃 after trying pain management, Therapy I met Dr.Coats in November of 2021.and had surgery December 2021 and loving the New me without all that PIAN I was in before I had surgery. I have RA and can Tolerate the pain much better than I did with my back.than God so far I'm much better.

Needed something from his office staff, called several times, treated like an annoyance even though they were in the wrong. Amazing. They don't do what they say they will; I call to politely ask again and again when the records will be sent, and I'm the problem? This doctor must know about his terrible staff, yet he does nothing? I was in terrible pain, and they made it worse. Shame on them.

I found Dr. Coats to be professional, competent, and straightforward. He listened to me, and together we formulated our surgery plan. His goal was to solve my problem with the minimum amount of surgery. After the surgery he and his assistant followed up, and everything I had hoped for as a result of the surgery has been achieved. Dr. Coats represents an "old school" doctor...no bells and whistles, just a quiet and serious attentiveness, a good ear, and highly skilled at his work. C.P. Cwalinski, Ft Lauderdale
