List of Kellie Mosley Mendez's Reviews
I wasn't very happy about my annual check-up. The check-up was done in less than 5 minutes and it felt like the doctor was rushing through it. They didn't seem interested in listening to anything I had to say and I left feeling disappointed. The front desk staff was friendly and also provided rude customer service, except for the person at the check-out desk who was very sweet.
All staff is very efficient, patient, polite and attentive. Office and rooms are very clean. I saw Dr. Kellie Mosley-Mendez DO and she took her time to answer every question I had. Dr Kellie was gentle, effectively efficient and a pleasant down to earth person. Excellent experience! Thank you LHP Water's Edge Dermatology!!
Prompt and professional service.
very clean and calm Dr and staff knowledgeable
Todas as atendentes se dedicam intensamente a todos os pacientes. A Dra. Mendez é muito gentil. Gostei e recomendarei às minhas amigas. Muito obrigado.
Great doctor great staff
Great group of professionals, from Doctor Mosley-Mendez, to the nurses and the administrative personnel. Everyone is friendly, attentive to details and very thorough.
Every time I ask Dr. Mosley question she’s like “I don’t know ““I don’t know why’ shouldn’t you know these things being a dermatologist?. Also, she’s very zap happy
The staff was very kind and the atmosphere was pleasant but the doctor Kellie Mosley-Mendez was rude and unhelpful. She made an offensive comment about my skin and gave me no advice on how to fix the issue. She gave me incorrect information about a cream she prescribed me, she told me it was for my acne when it was actually for my eczema. The nurse had to correct her when she walked out of the room. I informed her about my skin care twice and still didn’t understand AFTER she put a needle in my face. After the appointment I spoke to a few people about it and they also had similar issues with her. I don’t usually leave reviews but someone with this profession should be more cautious and clear.
I unfortunately left very frustrated. My skin had been reacting in a way it never has before, super sensitive to touch, sun, red bumps, wounds that weren’t healing; and it was only occurring in my face. Dr. Mosley Mendez didn’t even touch my skin, she said it could be eczema, could be seborrheic dermatitis, fungal infection, atopic dermatitis. She was doing what google goes, provide me with possible diagnosis. She said “we could do a skin biopsy if you want” really if I want, or is that was needs to be done!? The difference is google didn’t go to med school! Her medical assistant, was kinder, more patient and actually asked me more questions than she did! All she wanted to do was prescribe steroids… you don’t even care to know what causing this! Honestly she wasn’t in the room with me for 5 min, yet my insurance will be billed I am sure for a good amount. The receptionist was amazing, so sweet and attentive. Honestly I don’t understand what she did in proving any service, help, even after telling her I’ve been using prescription steroids creams and it comes back. I offered more information with pictures, things I’ve read on to her than she did me! Mind you, she’s the Dr! We are not just a number on your calandre, we come to you for help. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I am so exhausted of people thinking it’s okay to treat people with bad customer service, and not show any empathy, or care. Especially in healthcare. The feeling I felt was her telling be to take something and hope it works. A shot in the dark. Disappointed is an understatement.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
