I love Dr. Samina. She is thorough, patient and kind. HOWEVER, ever since Elite Health came into the picture, I am seriously thinking about changing doctors. She called to tell me I had an abnormal Pap smear and needed to see someone else, and that one of her staff would call me with the information. That was a month ago. I have left several messages, even spent a half hour on the phone with someone in their “back office,” (call center) and I’ve heard NOTHING. I am in a Medicare PPO so not sure why I even need a referral. I used to be able to call the office directly, but now I have to leave messages with Elite and wait. This is not good patient care. It’s red tape and bureaucrats at its worst.

When I first started going to this place a couple years ago, I was very pleased recently a group called elite health came into the picture each time you call you only get them you can never get an office staff member. The only thing you can do is leave a message and they will relay the message. Good luck on getting a callback because I’ve been waiting since five Monday. Just to get my lab work scheduled not happy with the service that I’m getting right now.

Ever since this company Elite took over, customer service has gone out the window. You can never get the front office unless you make the trip up to the office. The call center says they will send a message. I have been waiting three weeks for a callback. Very frustrating and disheartening.

Had an appointment today at 3pm for a physical received a call to do a zoom meeting and not to mention this has numerous of time and on top of that I call the office today to let them know I still haven't received my zoom call. Now it's a whole hour later and still nothing. I hate this place and I would never recommend anymore to this office nor to see Zahid Qureshi.

Very attentive and detailed oriented Dr. office , everything done on time unlike other offices where you make an appointment and then wait an hour for a dr to see you

Waited 30 minutes but what's worse is the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. The medical assistant had a terrible attitude. I relayed this to Dr Qureshi and she had no apology or accountability. Will NEVER go back here 👎
