Worst dermatology you could possible go. First of all they told me my insurance doesn’t really cover anything there, so I said fine, I will just pay the fees out of pocket. I had to visit them 4 times because I had a random skin rush and I wasn’t sure what could cause the reaction. They did biopsy 2 times gave me 3 different creams, couldn’t figure out what’s going on and actually some of the creams they gave me made everything worse. They also charged me for everything right after the service which was normal just like everywhere else and now 2 month later billed me a $400+ bill again saying the amount I paid was an ESTIMATE not exact amount and I still owe them. Which is hard to understand since they said my insurance doesn’t cover anything so I paid out of pocket. Well they don’t tell you that there just say visit fee $125 plus different services has different prices. I left there close to $1500, didn’t get any better since they were guessing with the medications and still I owe them money 😂 RIDICULOUS. Doctors there just guessing what’s your issue unless you tell them exactly. Over priced and also if you try to explain your situation to the doctor she (Dr. Mendez) takes it offensively and gets cocky. She acts like she knows everything better which would be true if she would give you the right medication. I’m sure they are not surprised I didn’t go back to the 5th time, my skin healed itself without any creams they gave me. I used some natural home remedies . As I said, find a private dermatologist who would actually want to solve your problem, help you and let you know about the fees properly.

I am treated by Dr. Mosley. She is very efficient, professional, competent and friendly. She is fast and efficient.. Her assistants and all front desk associates are very sweet and friendly..helpful. Very pleasant environment to go to when you have medical issues.THANK YOU!

I had an horrible experience with Dr. Mosley.My primary dr. said the cyst on my body could be a fat tissue, but I rather get it confirm with dermatologist. So, yes I book an appointment with Dr. Mosley because waters edge dermatology is down the street- I ignored all the bad review I found online.I told my concern to Dr. Mosley. She said she going to give me a shot. There is no explanation what so ever like...the medication name / what the medication would do to my cyst (unless I ask), the change/ observation/ the length of time and follow up.I asked if I need to get it remove. The only answer was "You will need to see the surgeon". That's all she said- no other advise- who to see/ or when. The reason I said this, my brother had his cyst remove at this clinic before and I was there with him. The PA he saw- walked my brother every steps.After I got my shot, both Dr. Mosley and her assistance walked the room without any other explanation- left me hanging in the room (what I explain- thing happened very fast- Dr. Mosley was in and out). I guess I'm done for today. So, I walked out the room. The receptionist ask when is the next visit.... I clearly have no answer for her. She looks at the note, there is no notes (that's what she said). So, I told she that I got a shot she advise me to observation my self for 2 weeks and see if I need another appointment. (BTW, a receptionist is very nice).If I had a 0 Star, I would give it to Dr. Mosley (Please Please educate your patient, don't just let you patient hanging), and I would give 5 stars for receptionist.I never write any review to any of services before, but It very frustrated how I was treat today. All I can say is " I'm so disappointed" I should book my appointment with my brother PA who took care of him last time.

Dr mosley is such a sweetheart! Always so nice everytime i go. This last appointment she gave me a sulfur mask for my "mascne" (acne from wearing masks) and it's like magic! The pimples are gone almost instantly!

I do not normally leave reviews, however I had the best experience at this office. Dr. Mosely was a sweetheart! patient and knowledgeable.  My whole experience coming here was great. The office is clean, and the staff are all super friendly. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a dermatologist office, come here, Dr. Mosley is the best!
