I've had soo many bad experiences with Broward health clinics that makes me want to leave but this Dr is by far the best reason to stay. Very nice, knowledgeable and cares.

This was my first visit but he seems to be very assertive he listens and he's very knowledgeable. So I give him a four-star for the first visit

0 stars.. Absolutely the worst office I have ever walked in!! The two women at the front desk need to retire, they display a non caring attitude and do not go that extra mile or smile. They don't give you referrals on a timely manner and I had to begged them for my CT scans, I was having stomach pains and they had the results and wouldn't call me or schedule me the next day, I was concerned. I went to the ER and they did a full CT and found a mass on my liver, Dr told me to go to my GI dr. I canceled my next appt with Dr Cheng and told the one front desk woman that I have a new dr. 30 mins later the office manager called and said she would take care of it and have someone call me!! Never did, and even if I think dr Cheng is a good dr, he doesn't follow up. I also know other people that go there with issues. I will talk to someone In charge of Broward med group and further my concerns. No one should be treated with disrespect!! Please anyone who reads this, trust me. Stay away!!

Dr. Cheng is one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors I’ve ever been to. He listens and EXPLAINS things so you’re clear about what’s going on, doesn’t rush and goes over all concerns. He’s 5 star

This is the BEST doctor I have ever seen. He LISTENS to you. Not one time did I feel like I was being rushed or dismissed. He was also very funny, and honest. He deserves 10*'s. Office was small and quiet. Staff were all pleasant towards me. 0 complaints.

Best doctor I have ever had. Patient, genuinely concerned about your ailments and doesn't rush you out of the office but does referrals to fix the problem. I have referred many to him and Dr. Cheng does not disappoint.

This review is long overdue. For the past several years Dr. W. Cheng has taken brilliant care of me and my family. He takes the time to listen and explain things to me in a way that I can undestand. Dr. Cheng also follows up with all details. I would highly recommend Dr. Cheng to anyone. He takes care of the community with a heart. Thank you you again for all that you do Dr. Cheng.
