Great place and wonderful staff

We had an awful experience at this clinic due to one staff member, Michelle. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, she acted as though I was an inconvenience. Her attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable and stressful. I won't be returning and recommend others avoid this place unless they address their customer service issues.

I had an amazing experience right from the start, beginning with the consultation process. The staff took the time to ask me why I wanted braces, what concerns I had, and patiently answered all of my questions. During the imaging, they made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. When I came in to get my first set of trays, the team continued to make me feel at ease, walking me through each step of the process. The entire experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend anyone considering Invisalign or braces to visit here. The staff is truly exceptional!

Great office and super nice staff! My family and I recently moved into the area and were on the hunt looking for a pediatric dentist for my 9-year old son. I stumbled upon Busciglio Smiles after looking at the many dentists the area offered. I liked that they have office's in Brandon and in Fishhawk, I also liked that not only do they provide pediatric dentistry but they also provide Orthodontic services, as I know that was going to be coming up for my little one. When I scheduled my appointment they let me know that they conveniently offer new patient forms online (which saved some major hand cramping from happening), Upon the first visit I was early and they were able to take my son back and explain any treatment costs before they began, After his cleaning I was informed that he did have a cavity and they were able to accommodate fixing it the same day which is huge for working moms! The staff is knowledgable and kept me informed every step of the way! If you are looking for a pediatric dentist for your little one look no further!

This review is for office appointments availability only!!! If you need the convenience of the Fishhawk office bear in mind they only work 2 days of the week at this location and they are also closed for lunch for like 1.5 hrs. This will get your appointments pushed out way more than the 6-8 recommended weeks for the next adjustment. It also puts a strain on some of us parents that work and need to leave work to sign out a kid from middle school (missing classes) to get adjustments. If for some reason your kids needs immediate attention (wire poking) and the Fishhawk office is closed, good look taking them to Brandon, Apollo Beach or Plant City. They obviously didn't mention their work days and availability when we signed up and it didn't occur to me to check at the time but now I know better. The only reason I signed up my kid here was for the convenience of their location more than anything. If you don't want your treatment to get delayed because of lack of availability to get your adjustments.. there are other great orthodontics in the area open 5 days a week with more time options available that might be better for you if you are busy parent.
