Possibly the rudest doctors office I’ve ever spoken to and I have been in the medical field for 18 years. Whoever is answering the phone is very rude and unwilling to help.

Dr. Minick is great. He is calm and knowledgeable. We would keep him as our children's pediatrician but the front desk staff and staff that answers the phone must hate their lives. We are talking every interaction with them since joining the office has been miserable. They always give attitude when it is never given. When you ask to speak to a nurse, the front desk questions why and never allows you to speak with their medical staff. It seems to be a trend with reviews. I see I'm not the only one with these concerns. As a doctor working here, you should be aware of who is representing your business and make some changes or train your staff appropriately on how to deal with their customers in a professional manner. Our children are our prized possessions. Why should we entrust you with their health if you don't have empathy or make changes to your staff after multiple reviews have given you the same feedback. It's not that hard to treat people with respect and not give attitude. If you're unhappy with your job then start looking somewhere else. A lot of places are hiring where you don't have to interact with others on a personal level dealing with intimate issues and health concerns of children.

I would not trust any other doctors to my three children! We have been seeing Dr. Pruitt since they were babies! Now they trust her as teens! Not sure they even trust me! Wonderful Doctors and Nurses and team!! Thank you guys so much for caring about and for my babies!

It’s unfortunate that the front desk staff is SO rude and unhelpful. It’s almost like you’re bothering them when you’re calling. We love the doctors but calling and setting an appt is always a hassle. We’ve been going for 5 years and it’s been like this the entire time.

Was in a pickle this morning and someone answered the phone and helped me out pretty quickly!!! Thank you SO much to whoever did that. Dr Minick has been wonderful for us! And we just adore our our Nurse who does or vaccines! Thank you Premier Care!

I really like Dr. Minick but unfortunately the office staff is not pleasant and also the wait to get any appointment is always very backed up. I am sad to say if I was rating the doctors it would be a 4 to 5 but the whole clinic with the front staff and wait is just not for us.

Let me just say I absolutely loved Dr Pruitt and am sad to have to take my child somewhere elsewhere but unfortunately the front desk is unfriendly and unhelpful. I have had several issues with them. I wish it was otherwise because her Dr was amazing
