Very clean very friendly. Made apt online was seen fast. And the doctor's actually listens and cares. And made what was always an Awkward experience usually very comfortable. Would recommend.

Excellent care! Starting from the front desk to a visit with the doctor could not get any better. Saw dr Jones, great thorough attentive doctor! Wonderful care.

Awfully treated by the Ultrasound Tech of that location, she had the worse customer service I’ve ever seen and I work in the same field as a MRI Technologist. My wife was having her 20 weeks ultrasound for our baby the biggest one of the pregnancy and that tech first than all I don’t think she knew what she was doing because she was having a hard time finding the measurements of the baby and pushing the transducer against the belly and pressing my wife’s belly so hard that she was having shortness of breath and that awful tech didn’t even care. I mean never having another ultrasound there at this point I don’t know if it was personal.

Very nice practice. Everyone was very efficient, helpful, & very nice...especially Sonia at the front desk who was Great at her job! This practice is very lucky to have someone like her who cares about their job.

The doctor; was amazing!!❣️Dr. Moreno was absolutely gracious, kind and answer all our questions. Very accommodating. 6 stars for her. We hope and pray that my wife and daughters are able to continue with these offices and Dr Moreno .👌🏻With that said ..1st visit for my wife for 2020. Walking through the door, we are told $280.00 upfront. It was explained to me it was deductible issue. While there may be something to this; I couldn’t understand how they come up with a figure without even seen my wife. Additionally, my Health Care plan; plan they accept and obviously are contracted with; clearly states “please do not collect $$ at time of service”. Of course our HSA fend off the charges, but without even knowing what the insurance is going to pay/cover, I questioned the transaction. I was told after billing is determined and I imagined collected; any balance is credited or refunded. I informed my insurance and they do as part of their contract asks all providers to abby by their agreement. I can’t phantom folks walking in with Insurance and be charged upfront without even knowing what’s fully covered or not, and based off previous comments; refund are not exactly easily accommodated. So, other visits are due I hope this insurance issue can be resolved, as we can just pony up hundred of dollars 💵 right at the front desk. I believe we should allow the insurance to pay for services covered and rendered, and we as responsible customers pay our responsibility.

5stars for Dr. Armas he is the most amazing OB in the world. The billing department needs a lot of help! Yesterday I go in like I do every 3 months for treatment. They try to say I owe 250$ from a bill not paid in 2012! Seriously 2012. The office manger was kind and she did assure me this will get taken care of. I told her this has been going on for years and ever year it pops up and then they research it and find that it’s paid! I just so tired of trying to fix an 8 year old problem with their billing system.

Amazing place. Clean and quite. Very friendly people working there. I was very happy to meet dr Mariah Denbo. She is very caring and professional. She spend time explaining me everything I need. Recommend this place.
