I used them before with my dad and the two aides that took care of my dad was great. Let us know ahead of time when if one would have to miss and made sure the other would be out to take care of him. If we had any concerns we could call Steve and he addressed the issue and rather quickly

Ive been work for Family Life Care Inc. For 6 yrs now. And I have to say that no other company would be flexible with schedules like them. The staff are caring professional compassionate . This is the worst care anyone could receive and they DO NOT care about the patients...Speaking on behalf of my daughter..Ever since they got a new D.O.N. and Office Manager it hasnt been the same..Some of the Nurses they hire are trouble makers with Family Life and in other jobs they have had...They did us a favor by filing false reports cause eveybit of it was unfounded...Watch out for this company they are bunch of Liars and a lawsuit is pending with them so i hope they are ready instead of blindsided like we were....BEWARE IS ALL I CAN SAY
