I was a foster mom taking kids to this amazing doctor that actually cares for the kids. The staff is super personable and helpful.. I am thinking of changing my own kids to him. It’s hard to find good doctors in Florida…

I have been with Dr. Mireles for close to 4 years and I just can not express how great he is. His staff is super sweet and very professional. I would recommend him to any parent looking for a PCP for their child(ren). My girls are both well cared for.

Dr. Alfonso is not very good with special needs children. He doesnt know the amount of resources and care that can be coordinated. He started to cut my childs care because he felt that he could get in trouble for insurance fraud. But he was recieving care Plans and information from insurance coordinators and nursing agencies that my child qualified for. I wouldnt recommend him if you need things for your child with special needs. Nemours is awesome but this Doctor isn't. I dont have any issues so far with any specialist or any other primary care physician.

Best of the Best! Dr. Mireles was the first Doctor to diagnose my granddaughter with Autism. After a year of going to ENT Dr's. and getting a run around, because they did not know what was the issue. She was not verbal till almost 4 years old! She has found her voice! Excelling in school and sings and is highly intelligent. Dr. Mireles diagnosis, opened the doors to testing, therapies and so much more for her. If it wasn't for you, she would have been silent Thank You! from the bottom of our hearts!

HORRIBLE DOCTOR!! Dr. Mireles comes across as thorough and skilled, this is far from real. He is very arrogant and will not listen to any thought that is not his, even from other specialist about the patient. This man has the worst bedside manner of any doctor we have ever seen. Please do mothers a favor and retire before you neglect care of any more of our children!! FYI good luck with referrals, even if a specialist requests he write them, he refuses to work with other professionals as well!!!!

I saw Dr. Mireles as a child and I recently helped a close friend evaluate potential pediatricians for their new born as one of the parents was overseas for work. I then attended his first appointment. Although Dr. Mireles was a great pediatrician for me growing up, I still felt an obligation to fairly judge him on our most recent visit as I wanted the best for my friend’s son. Dr. Mireles exercises care in his examinations and you can tell his 40+ years of practicing medicine give him a level of experience that few physicians can match. He gave us excellent advice on breastfeeding that helped us finally get the baby down and sleeping through the night. Kids also love Dr. Mireles with his playful demeanor and fun ties! I’d highly recommend him as a pediatrician in Central Florida.

Staff is friendly and we usually don’t wait too long. I am so sad about the passing of Holly. She was my favorite receptionist. I also love Dr. Vazquez! We switched to her, after initially seeing Dr. Mireles. Two different doctoring styles. Dr. Vazquez is nice and informative. She has been caring for my sons since birth (5 month old, 2 year old). When I have concerns, she addresses them in detail- in a professional manner. She plays with the boys and always has a smile on her face.

Dr alfonso mireles and his staff allways been very courteous and respectfull.my son whith autism is allways been treated whith courtesy and respect.my 3 kids been treated by this dr for the past 18 years and we are very happy .may god bless him and his family .thanks again

Dr. Míreles is very rude and doesn’t seem to care about his patients, he is not gentle with babies or young children. When you ask him a question he often replies with “I don’t know”. Don’t recommend going to him.

While Dr. Mireles is nice, personable, and knowledgeable, his staff and the employees at the facility are poorly trained, rude, give false or misleading information, and simply do not care.
