Editing to remove stars and add that they have a patient portal that allows messages and to schedule appointments. Be prepared to wait weeks for a response to those messages and confirmation that the appt is actually scheduled. Why even offer this if you cant respond/confirm the appt in a timely manner? When I say weeks I mean weeks, 14 days for a message response and 8 days for appt confirmation response. Also, they will tell you that something is 100% covered by insurance then send you a huge bill after the fact. Dr Lin is always friendly and seems very personable. I like him as a provider. I took away 1 star only because the office staff is not on top of things. Be prepared to leave multiple messages with the scheduler and only sometimes get a call back. It took me 8 months and multiple messages to schedule a procedure. I also wish that after my procedure someone had written down the follow up notes. I don’t remember everything that was said due to anesthesia and i don’t feel like playing phone tag with the office to get the information. Also, a referral list of surgeons would have been nice since I need to see one but don’t know where to start.

This office is extremely hard to deal with. I went in for a consultation for a colonoscopy and had to reach out 3 times to finally schedule the colonoscopy. When my insurance would not cover the prescribed solution to drink for the colonoscopy, it was impossible to get ahold of someone to call in a different prescription. I decided to cancel the colonoscopy, but (of course) sat on hold for over 15 minutes just to get a voicemail. This doctor obviously is too busy to truly care for individual patients. I would never recommend this office.
