Bill Byrd's Online Review Report Card

A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Byrd. After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous. As soon as I met Dr. Byrd I was put at ease. He was very nice and even had jokes. He addressed all of my needs. He did several referrals for me, which the referral team had my 6 referrals set up for me within 20 minutes after I left the office. The staff there is very nice from the front desk to the nurse.

Complete joke. My mother has been hospitalized due to not having necessary medications just because this office cannot seem to call them in. They are looking at a medical negligence suit. Dr. doesn't care at all.

So very grateful for Dr Byrd and his office, they are so kind and compassionate towards my father and they give excellent Medical Care!

This office is the absolute worst I have ever had my family at. It takes the staff months to get referrals or authorizations for treatment. My family member has been diagnosed with diseases that have not even been tested for. I am not sure where the doctor comes up with these or if it is insurance fraud. Also are certainly not being treated for. We all can not wait for open enrollment to be able to get out of this practice I have made appointments at other practices and paid for myself just so my family can get the proper care they need. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place.

Looking for a Dr. With compassion, Not here. Has told 2 members of my family that he thought they would be dead when he saw them. Has referred us to a scam of a chiropractor that wanted all the money up front for 6 months of therapy. We wondered why he sent us there, he was the over seeing physician. My father just went to schedule an appt with him and was denied an appointment. For someone who should care about his patients, he should try a little harder. And, How do you take someone seriously about losing weight when the whole staff is overweight, do as i say- not as i do.

Dr..Bryd, if you are looking for a doctor that truly cares, look no further....Dr. Bryd is a caring doctor. If he can't help you, he will refer you to someone that can. Great doctor and great staff too. Thank you for your services Dr. Bryd

I asked for credentials on his knowledge of a trigger finger, since I didn't have insurance. They kicked me out. Unbelievable that you can't pose that question to a health provider.

Dr.Byrd is a good doctor and Ms.Cyr is a good PA they are taking good care of me and my husband!! God bless us all!!!

WORST "DR" EVER!!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH OR LIFE DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! the staff are beyond rude and the DR doesnt do a DAMN thing. He let my mom go in pain for over a YEAR now her osteoarthritis has turned into osteonecrosis which means her hip is DECAYING IN HER BODY. POS never looked at her Xrays didnt know her name half the time. He needs to no longer be practicing!!!!!!!!!

My husband an I have been so happy to find this office. The staff jumps thru hoops to help you and the medical staff is always patient and wonderful. When you call them it is not a week wait for them to get back to you. What a plus in my book!!
