Every time I need medical attention, the office has me come in first, only to refer me to someone else. I feel that they don't care about the patient. The staff is rude and make snide comment. I suggest another doctor!

I would not recommend this doctor. She doesn’t listen to her patients. She just sends you to other doctors and to have so many tests for things that are not wrong with you. I’ve had to look for other doctors after 3 visits to her office to get medical help. All but 1 gal at the front desk are awful.

Doctor and her staff are amazing and provide great care. The front office was very nice and helpful. Dr. Carol Stewart-Francisco has a fantastic bedside manner. She listens. She also is very thorough and does not rush the visit. Every time I’ve seen her she has taken the time to show and explain things to me. Her nursing staff is awesome as well. I’ve been treated excellently and feel more doctors need to follow her example. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends w/o hesitation.

The staff is So rude, Completely useless & unprofessional. I don't know where they found these people. They must be family or friends. They should all be fired. It's a shame the Real medical staff is lovely, kind and very helpful.. I will be writing letters .. If I need to call or go I again I will be taping it.
