Cora Physical Therapy Longwood's Online Review Report Card

This Cora location has the best therapists and front office staff! Everyone is always cheerful and the environment they create is warm and welcoming. They make coming to therapy fun. I will always recommend this place to family and friends if they need physical therapy!

I had a chance to brag to some of the uppers at Cora, but wanted to also make note here about the amazing service Longwood Cora provides. The front office staff always greet me by my name when arriving in person and when I call, always have appointments that work with my busy schedule and are SO friendly. I disabled my back over 4 years ago and had began to accept the disability after seeing two other physical therapists centers when I decided to come to Cora for my 3rd and last attempt this past year. I wish I had come to them sooner as they have gotten me farther in such a short time than I thought possible. I had been struggling to bend to even touch my knees or twist in any way but am beginning to get my range of motion to a better place actually being able to reach the top of my shoe laces on good days now. Thank you Alex for working with me to find ways to get me to this place and show me stretches and exercises that help me navigate though my daily life and work needs. It also helps that all the other staff members jump in to help one another and the patients when needed and I have yet to find an employee that doesn’t seem to love working there. 6/28/22 7a This was my 2nd visit. I was on time & waited 15 min's, for Stephie. Had I been informed she was running late I would have gladly accommodated & come in later. No one cared to call/tx or e... me prior or while waiting. My time is valuable & just as important as theirs; be respectful of that that fact. None of staff stated why she was running late. When she took me at 7:15 it was easy to see she wanted to be elsewhere. At 8a she said she had another client; I thought she'd be making up the time at the end of the appt. At Jewitt the appt's are 1 hr. The following day I called & told them about this, they, sort of apologized & said they would handle the matter. I am an instructor, if I am late, I always offer to re-imburse, offer another class, or whatever it takes to let them know I am sincerely sorry & that it was my fault. I believe the co-pay should have been waved, but they said 'no' so I paid it reluctantly. This was poor on so many levels. Needless to say, I cancelled my other appt's with them & will return to Jewitt, which is a bit farther. The corporate office should read these comments & care for their clients.

They had excellent service and were very kind . They were very professional specially Dorothy, Steffi and Elanie. They helped my mom , Mildred, so much.

the aquatic therapy is nice, and everyone is friendly and professional. they do quite a bit of different things to rehabilitate you

Great place...

I came to Cora as a result of complex shoulder surgery after an auto accident. From day one, Sandy at the front desk made me feel comfortable and at home. She always greets me with a smile and kind word. All of the therapists are well informed and dedicated to their work. They are wonderful at encouraging you to push hard towards your recovery. For me though, Steffi has stood out from the rest. She partnered with me early in my PT journey and has committed to my full recovery. Her techniques are varied and creative including assisted stretch, scrapping, and smashing as well as many other stretching and strengthening exercises. I fully believe my progress towards full range of motion and strength is owed to her dedication to her work! It’s rare to find a place as focused on their goal and a person as passionate about her patients as Steffi! If you are looking for a great place for your PT, I highly recommend Cora of Longwood!
