I am not a complainer most of my reviews give good scores but not this time. The office staff is hit or miss. No one smiles. They all seam irritated. On the phone they are great with answering questions but in person they seam to gate being at work. OA Judy talked over me as if my concerns were too time consuming. Felt rushed getting test results that sent me a tail spin as result lead to lifetime medication. PA Judy pushes plant based diet and I didn't really feel seen or heard. Not even sure if she heard the recent autoimmune diagnosis and reviewed if was correlated to high cholesterol?????Medication prescribed for each symptom but no overall care of me as a while in light of an auto immune disease diagnosis that is very recent. Typical Caucasian to push salads, salads as the go-to wonder healing diet. No acknowledgement of recent surgeries. Staff defensive of missing call backs. Their phone # comes up as Victor Brown so my phone thinks it's spam...what profession does not have all their phone lines Tonto them and not a arbitrary name? I stuck it with this group for 3 years but I need comprehensive care and need to be valued not rushed thru an appointment.

I have been going to this Dr for several years. She is thorough and the wait time is always reasonable. I have seen DrRuggeiro and one of the pa's. They are also very responsive and good. I highly recommend this office.

Dr panuccio is efficient , knowledgeable and tunes in to your needs . Excellent doctor . Her staff are just as good . Josephine at the front desk is super .

Office policy is not to return pharmacy calls! Also charged $10 for a written REFILL outside of office visit, even though I had an appt. in 3 weeks (which somehow their ‘system’ lost!).
