Dr. McNichol’s and his staff have always been kind, understand, and answered any questions that may have come up along this journey.

This facility was a horrible experience. I think they took advantage of me being a single person and the desperation I had to have a child. This facility is beyond outdated, its impossoble to get in touch with anyone on the phone. I was billed for everything, there was no treatment plan, every month was a reason not to proceed. I ended up spending $3k for nonsense. When I finally left and went to CRM, I successfully got pregnant on the first IUI cycle! Cyst that's McNicohols claims were reason not to proceed every month was not a real issue just a way for him to continue stealing my money. All I can do is help other potential Moms not make the same mistake I did by going to this horrendous facility. Other places do accept your insurance where you don't pay out of pocket for blood work and ultrasound. DO better Dr. McNichols! Shame on you and your facility for taking advantage of such a vulnerable population. Karma will catch up to you!

My name is Dashley and been a patient of Dr McNichol for 3yrs and wanted to share how amazing the staff our to me, especially Ashley she is phenomenal!!!!!! and you can tell she loves her job. When Dr McNichol isn’t available at the moment or with patients she’s always there to answer all my questions and concerns. She is very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. and I love that about her. (Keep up the great work Ashley your the best )

Stay away from this place! I don't understand how it has a high rating. I am so upset/sad that I used that to choose this place. I should had carefully read the reviews and avoid it. Do more research this is the worst fertility clinic in Orlando! Short story: According to the Dr nothing was wrong with me, we did 3 medicated cycles and 3 IUIs. I had so many red flags! Then, I decided it was enough, and switched to another clinic. On the same day of the appointment, that new doctor found all of my issues, and thanks to this new doctor I hold my 2 months old baby. I am still upset I went to FCO first, I wasted precious time and money. Also, this office is very unorganized, you have to be on top of everything and question everything they are doing, and even remaind them that you are in a room half naked waiting for the doctor for over an hour (yes, that happened to me, they completely forgot I was there). And not just that, they billed my insurance for stuff they never did.

I been struggling with fertility issues, since last year I have been looking up online for answer, that make me even more confused and depressed, finally we found Dr McNichol, he is amazing and able to help me understand my situation. Absolutely brilliant job! Now we will keep moving forward for baby! Thanks for help Dr McNichol!

This was one of the best fertility centers I've ever been to. All of the locations in the Tampa Bay area are overpriced or do not have all of the testing that is here. I had to travel 3 hours one way but it was well worth it. Dr. McNichol did an excellent job explaining to my wife and I on all of the tests we did. He was very professional and if we ever needed anything else in the future we'll definitely return. I'm very grateful for everything.

I am moving to the orlando area soon and am so thankful to have found Dr. McNichol! We had our initial consultation over the phone since I’m not in town yet and it went extremely well! I really appreciated that he proactively sent medication to my current pharmacy to help stay ahead of things while my family and I prepare for our move to a new town. Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable, Dr. McNichol was kind and easy to talk to. He took his time to get to know me and my unique situation. He explained the reasoning behind his decisions using analogies, helping me understand the “why” which eased my worries. Having to seek out fertility care can be a stressful, frustrating and expensive process. Throughout our conversation, Dr. McNichol was mindful of my finances which I greatly appreciate. After my consultation, I feel empowered and hopeful for what is to come.

This is a SHADY practice! I was told to pay upfront for a test and they will reimburse me upon insurance approval. It’s been several months and several emails later and they still have not submitted it to my insurance company. I should’ve known better than to trust this shady practice! Don’t pay for services, have them bill it to your insurance company first, otherwise they will never submit it to insurance.

Fertility center of Orlando ,one of the best clinics out there you will see Doctor mcnichol Milton on every visit , he will takes time to explain everything to you from the beginning to the end ,his staff are very kind. I recommend if you are struggling right now go to see him . I'm taking this time to say thanks to God and secondly to doctor Mcnichol Milton for everything he has done to help me with my fertility issues today I can say I'm a mother I can't wait to bring my little princess to see him ❤

I will not recommend nobody there I called to for my wife she did not know English and she's not having enough time to call and I am the husband and I called for some pictures that they have taken over ovaries and they refuse a given to and me and my wife and I bought a package plan and they still refused to give the pictures and then they asked why do you want them for That's me and my wife's business
