First Choice in Longwood has been our sons doctors since he’s been born which is one year now and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Dr. Gomez is SO nice in each visit answers any questions I have and thoroughly explains everything going on with our son. Everyone working there is so nice We especially love Barbaramyself and son included because she knows her stuff and when it comes to giving shots to our son she is extremely quick with it which helps this mamas heart since I hate seeing my son cry. All in all great environment great staff and I’m so happy to trust them with my sons health

The staff was more than nice and patient with us as we juggled our newborn and checked in. They saw us quickly and were so friendly Definitely recommend them to anyone with little ones We were going to just go to one we found closer and opted for these guys because they were just so nice

Pediatrician himself was great but here is why I’m rating this office 1 STARThe MA was deceptive as I was informed that my new born child was given Tylenol AFTER the circumcision procedure without my consent. They MUST ask for parents permission before medicating any child especially newborns.When I brought up my concern to the office manager she said the MA told her she DID ask consent prior to procedure. My husband was present and he could also attest that we were NOT asked or informed BEFORE the procedure. As healthcare providers ourselves we know it is the parents right to be aware of what is given to their child and the office must ask for consent with medication as they contain harmful dyes and can cause liver toxicity should be given when benefits outweighs the risk. For this minor procedure it wouldn’t be necessary but my child got it anyways because they did not ask for our permission.Medical assistants are the pillars of any practice. A deceptive MA that tries to cover themselves up by LYING should never be trusted with your child’s health and wellbeing. It is sad while the Dr himself was good I cannot trust or refer anyone to this practice anymore due to this deceptive nature and under par experience we had with our newborn.
