My surgery was a success and the surgeon was Phenomenal!! The staff very accommodating from surgery day to final visit!!! If you need to have shoulder surgery you have found the best in the business!! Thank you Dr. MacLauren😊🙏🏽❤️

I would like to take the time and think Miss Laura and her entire staff since day one of me come into the office I was greeted with nothing but love and compassion with being legally blind I was never made to feel any different they example of minute the Atmos sensitivity care and concern and help me lift my spirits through a very traumatic time that I was going through during times when it was hard for me to receive the information I was receiving they took compassion and sincerity and took the time to make sure I understood everything words cannot explain my gratitude and having such a compassion and caring team assisted me through a very traumatic time in my life I want to extend nothing but the most heartfelt thank you to each and everyone of them for just being so kind and compassionate and caring which is truly example of mini service in their field and what they do thank you R and continues to be the light that shines bright in peoples lives each and every dayh

I truly am blessed to have the opportunity to receive care from all of the staff at the Longwood office! All of the medical assistants, surgical coordinators, and the office manager have professionalism and attention to detail in all that they do for me. On my first visit, I met the outstanding PA (Augusto Cianciabella). He reviewed my MRI's in detail and completed an awesome record of findings. The Practice Manager (Laura Shadron) discussed my symptoms and the recommendations that Augusto had discussed with her that day. I left feeling very informed and cared for. I returned to meet with their Orthopedic Surgeon (Dr. MacLaren). I have had surgery on my right knee and it has been a miracle! I am still in the recovery phase, but Dr. MacLaren's expertise in the field, as well as the use of modern interventions have made all the difference in obtaining strength once again while standing! Thank you everyone at Complete Care.

I’m extremely happy with my procedure I’m feeling minimal pain since surgery I feel like an 85% in improvement and I would recommend this facility and Dr to anyone Complete Care also has an amazing staff very attentive and caring thank you for a job we’ll done looking forward to a speedy recovery and therapy…. This is by far the most inconvenient office ever!For me and my husband it has been the absolute worst struggle of our lives , first they call you the DAY OF our appointments that they had to reschedule ! When we were on our way! Wasting our time and money, and then my husband shows up for his injections to only tell him about a weight limit , when in his chart his weight is there the whole time?! As if they can’t see people have to take off work , find child care& then the manager comes in “ oh I’m sorry for the inconvenience “ like there so sorry but do nothing to help. They don’t care and do nothing to absolutely help you. I’m hoping when I receive a call back they ACTUALLY help us. This office is very disorganized , I work in a medial office as well. I know how these tactics work and it’s very disappointing . I’ve been nothing but polite to this office with every reschedule or inconvenience they’ve given and my patience is wearing thin ! My time is precious and it’s being wasted honestly . They could of called us prior to his injections like “hey I see your over our weight limit for the table , let’s see how we can fix this” nope none of that happened “ this all happened day of . DO NOT Recommend!! I know the manager reads all of these and tries to reply with “ oh let me help you with your experience “ I need YOU to fix this PROBLEM . You reply with I’m sorry I don’t know what else to do or I don’t know how to fix! Find business else where if you don’t want a headache !

Had an appointment I checked in. I had to wait to be called. I stepped to the bathroom and they called me. I notified the employee that they had just call me. It's been 10 mins and counting. I have to return to work. Staff is friendly.

Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.  Multiple re-schedules at he last minute without consideration for patient's time or that of the person who must drive  you.  Lost records.  Requirements for medical clearances that other practices don't require.  I left after continuous poor treatment.

I highly suggest this practice! The staff are very kind and welcoming! They make sure you are comfortable and listen to your concerns and questions! Thank you to everyone that has assisted and helped me through out my time here, you have made me feel comfortable and welcomed since day one!

I’m so grateful to this team! They always put the needs of patients first. I appreciate the seamless care and the level of attention to detail. I specifically appreciate practice manager Laura, who always returned my call within minutes. Laura made me feel at that moment that I was all that mattered to her and always exceeded my expectations. I really do feel that the culture in this company centers around patients and getting them the best help and care they need.

This organization is amazing. I’ve never had such wonderful bedside manner and information relayed during any medical procedure or doctor’s visit. I’m so grateful that I was recommended to Interventional Associates after my auto accident! Huge thanks to all the staff in this location and all the wonderful staff throughout all of the clinics I visited. Highly recommended!
