Dr. Azelvandre and her team are fabulous. They are patient, kind, and personable. It is so hard to find a doctors office that offers all of this in an easy to get-to location with the comfort of a stand-alone building. What they do and have gets harder to find and they are under-appreciated by those who know no better. Thank you Dr. Azelvandre (and staff) for the best service and experience. I appreciate you and your hard work!

I’m a new patient but so glad I came here! Great doctor and staff! I’m in the health insurance industry And as a patient it’s always good to verify with your own insurance if the doctor is in network. Maritza, It’s no ones responsibility but your own for knowing who accepts your insurance...just saying, be responsible for yourself.

Tried to set an appointment with this family practice place, had an emergency so couldnt go up to appointment so now they are denying me to see an DOCTOR there. Believe that is so rude an unfair if you treat new patience like this so for the repeat ones horrible service highly recommend not

I waited two months to get an appointment with her. They called me to confirm. Plus I gave them my insurance information when I made the appointment. I get there and was put in the exam room only to be told soert we don't rake your insurance. Why didn't anyone call me???? I was so upset and also not feeling well with a bad shoulder. I just want everyone to check your insurance because the staff does not.

Dr Azelvandre's office is very laid back and the employees are really friendly. Most of the time there is hardly no wait and they can take you in the same day, otherwise it's only a day or two when scheduling an appointment.The only thing about this location is the parking which is limited. The building like many others in this area look like older houses that were converted for commercial use so there isnt alot parking and if there are cars already in the lot makes it tighter to pull in and park. They have a tree that if removed would give them a little more space.
