Dr. Ragno is the best primary physician I have ever had. He is attentive and very understanding of his patients. When I have messaged him with concerns or issues to be addressed he is quick to reply and be of assistance to the issues. I am very grateful to have found him and have him as my doctor. He is a top rate person.

This doctor did not listen to a thing I said so I got absolutely nothing out of my visit with him. A truly horrible experience when you think that you are trusting this man with your health and life.

If you are looking for a Doctor that really cares ... really listens ... explains everything in depth ... makes you feel like He really is interested in your health ... DO NOT USE DR. RAGNO. His staff and PA are wonderful but I went into this office with 2 major health concerns and 3 moderate concerns and got a half an answer on two of them and the others were not even discussed or were blown off as not being important. One answer was so far off that I could tell He was not even listening to me ... at that point I knew I had wasted my time seeing this Doctor.
