Was provided a referral from my PCP for medically necessary reasons. Scheduled appointment 3 weeks ago and got a call today stating he's not doing cosmetic procedures right now. Tried explaining to the staff member it was deemed medically necessary it was not cosmetic and they should have informed me when the appointment was made not 3 weeks later. Person was rude and seemed as if she could care less especially after I asked her if his office could refer me to someone else then
