The office staff is terrible . They changed my appointment time just so they could go home early.I needed a 4:00 appt and they switched me to 15minutes earlier when I told the receptionist I could not make it before 4:00 we had a 45 minute drive and they called me when I was ten minutes away and said they were closing at 4:00.I called about 5 minutes to 4:00 and said I’d be about 5 minutes and they told me I had to reschedule because they were closing .I got there 4:05 and they already closed. they would not wait 5 minutes for my arrival. then to cover their tracks they obviously went back and changed my time to 15minutes earlier and treated me like I was stupid when I complained. I also tried to contact management and they refused to talk to me. I asked for the contact info to make a complaint and they kept giving me the wrong number. I am so disgusted by this farce that I would change Drs. But I don’t want to get started with a new Dr. I am happy with my Drs. But the office staff does not care about patients. I rode over there for 45minutes in pain and they would not even see me. I was so disgusted I was on the verge of cursing them out but because I have more class than they do I refrained

Dr. Pham retired great for him, new Dr. Came on board and is 100% terrible! Try talking and introducing yourself to your NEW patients, and stop forming opinions based off something you had no clue about, try forming your opinions??? Rude Doctor 👎👎👎👎👎

Very thorough and patient. Dr. Pham is no longer there per my last visit. Spine surgery many follow ups for pain management.

Doctor Pham is the best of the best. He is gentle kind and there’s just no better doctor anywhere. He cares about his patients he takes time and has never once cause me any pain. His injections are gentle and well Placed. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a pain management doctor.
