Recently I have had some health issues... I was referred to Dr. Giles to address my concerns... To me my experience has been very comfortable and informative... the front office admittance staff is right on and organized .... each lady was pleasant and courteous... the next step is weigh In and vitals ,,, the nurse was very organized and pleasant, to the point and well spoken, quickly answered all my questions and concerns... Dr Giles is an updated old school type man, discussing his findings and options to address my options ,,, he is very Pro... and we'll spoken, looks you in the eye when talking , very pleasant personality... and finally checking out, and discussing follow is was handled by a very Pro lady, Melanie. . She presented to Dr.s recommendation in a pleasant and meaningful way... again as Dr Giles looking me in the eyes as she spoke. Over all a very pleasant experience provided by a friendly caring staff..Thumbs up,, it is a good feeling to be treated as an individual , and not rushed through...

I have Gerd and recurring colon polyps. Dr Giles and his staff have always taken excellent care of me for many years . I trust him and feel comfortable with his recommendations. Their in house surgery facilities are also comfortable and clean.
