Poor customer service - never been treated more like a commodity and less like a human more in my life. You cannot talk to the doctor's office direct, only messages though a main line. Only repeated calls I got were from the billing department only days after first appt. Dr's seem okay, but show minimal care about your wellbeing. Find another provider if you have an option.
