Not understanding why this hospital has so many bad reviews, it's the best hospital I've been to. I've been here for 2 days, and they have non stop taken care of me. All the nurses I've had have been nothing but amazing, all the surgical people to, I had to have surgery late night and I was really nervous, but one of the nurses down there sat with me the whole time and talked to me. My overnight nurse was also amazing, she helped me with everything, and lastly my 2 amazing day nurses, Christina and Ashley. These 2 are the most amazing nurses I've met. They did a really good job with making sure I wasn't in pain at all, they kept checking on me to make sure I was ok, I couldn't have asked for any other nurses then the ones I got. This is the only hospital I'll be coming to from now on.

Attending doctors and nurses were fine but some security guards dont wear a face mask and one of the desk clerks greeting incoming people at the admission desk wears her face mask below her nose. I didnt expect seeing 3 members of the staff not complying with the hospital's own protective policy.

Tengo mas de 40 minutos en emergencia esperando con mi mama que tiene un fuerte dolor en las piernas y no puede caminar!! Salio ayer de estar hospitalizada con oxigeno por covid y aqui seguimos esperando no se inmutan para atender. Es una emergencia?Completo mi queja diciendo que nos fuimos a la 1 am sin ser atendida mi mamá 2 horas esperando en sala de emergencia y ni un tylenol suministraron

The behavior health department is terrible. My cousins was there for his mental health. He was deemed in competent and placed as medical proxy. They lost his proxy form but because he didn't have state approved insurance. They leased Jim a d the medical worker even threatened to send him back to Colorado as his decision.The counselor was Named Elaine of the unit he was in.

Worst hospital in Central Florida. Do not go here. The doctors and nurses at this facility are trained on a corporate script to discharge you even when you are in 10/10 pain with debilitating injuries and need help. They offer none.Do not go here!

This hospital is the worst in Central Florida. Do not go here. These are corporate-owned doctors who rad you pre-written script and discharge you without treating you--then bill you for $20,000. Do not go here. If I can prevent anyone else from experiencing what we have experienced at this hospital, I will. I'm speaking to news stations, health media, and all social media. That's how big of a scam this hospital is.

Alas, this hospitals E.R is like a lottery. Sometimes it's great and other times downright awful. Just remember theres another hospital that can treat you when this one fails
