Very satisfied with their service but after having my blood work done I had to wait 2 hours to see the Dr Thenappan for 15 minutes I think it is ridiculous.

Dr. Ryan Devine D.O. has provide excellent care and communications as I dealt with a most surprising diagnosis. Straightforward and direct as needed while appropriately positive, Dr. Devine is a good fit for me. My new journey is just starting, but I am realistically hopeful.

Hematology Oncology Associates’ Mission Statement is truly served and followed through. It states : “Our purpose is to help you through the most difficult phase of your life.” The reason that I chose to write this review is because I’ve been to the Loxahatchee office for 2 infusions of Ocrevus (for my Primary Progressive MS.) From the moment that we arrive at the office, the Reception desk is so warm & welcoming (and genuine!) Normally, I’m in a wheelchair, and yesterday my husband encouraged me to use my walker, and when We arrived at the office, Yami was so encouraging and excited, and said “Wow! You’re WALKING!” Everyone at the front desk is so amazing & helpful! Lisa, Nina, & Amy are so helpful & wonderful! Gabby & Stephanie are so gentle, kind & fun! What I have to go through is very arduous, and puts me through an emotional turmoil.Once I sit in the chair, my “hours long” experience goes by quite quickly! The girls check on me often, and make sure that I have everything that I need. Gabby & I talk about a favorite t.v. show that we both like, and Stephanie even went as far as giving me a “Blue” bandage wrap,because I told her my favorite color is Blue! Everyone there (Including Dr. Mewar) makes you feel “at home!” Somehow, its a wonderful place...the shame of it is that “5 Stars” is as high that I can rate them! 🤗

The worst place to be, just sit and keep waiting for hours, no one says sorry for lengthy waits nor they tell you when doctor will see you. They don’t even tell you what procedure they will be doing on you, nurse is real mean. I will not recommend this office to any one.
