My husband had a 7:45 apt, we arrived on time, the office had not even opened yet and then we were told the Doctor would not be arriving until 10:00 and did we want to wait or see the nurse practitioner, we saw the nurse... she was great, but we did not get seen until 8:50, completely unacceptable, our time is very important to us!
