Dr. Caldera is very direct in a gentle manner. He allows time for questions and I have no complaints about him. As far as the office goes, they seem to be very shorthanded. Check in and check out takes forever! The girls in the office don't give off "warm and fuzzy" energy while they are taking you thru the prep and infusion process. The atmosphere is business like. My last cancer experience was much more pleasant. The girls I worked with then were very empathetic, gentle and caring. Lastly, the office could definitely use some updating. I've already had 3 treatments, so I'll probably just stay with them.
