Howard M. Busch's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr. Busch many years ago when I started having pain. He diagnosed me with central sensitization. I just assumed that was a “nothing diagnosis” and switched rheums. Fast forward about 13 years and he was 100% correct. Unfortunately not much can be done and I’m just now putting together the pieces of my early life, and starting to heal. But I owe Dr. Busch an apology. He was correct all along.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Busch, I can’t say anything negative about him. The office staff is also amazing. He listened to me and gave me suggestions as well as medication to try for my disorders. I would definitely recommend him!

I just left an appt with Dr. Busch and was absolutely amazed by how wonderful and professional him and his team were. I can’t say enough about how intelligent and caring he was!!! Blows any other physician out of the water!! ??

I had a visit with Dr.Busch he was very patient and listen to everything I said. His office staff are so very helpful and I definitely will be a patient for a long time!

Buyer beware!

I have yet to go to him, I have an appt today. But already, the coordinator Margie, is incredible. I give her 5 stars. As I made the appt she was not just friendly but took her time and didn’t rush me I felt comfortable enough to share information with her and she provided me with the best advice she could offer. Just at that itself shows how important it is as a whole. She made me feel good enough to take care of my health priorities and didn’t act so “operated and robotic” she for once was a human and relatable. She deserves so much credit for everything she does. Dr Busch and his staff have been simply amazing. After years of having other practitioners unable to diagnose my condition, Dr Busch told me he wouldn't stop until we had the correct diagnosis, and he didn't!! He was able to correctly diagnose me and I'm now receiving the proper treatment. What a difference he's made in my life! I highly recommend him with no reservations whatsoever.

This is the absolute worst Rheumatologist office in Palm beach. You can never get in contact with the front office to make an appointment. I even reached out to two separate doctors in the office via the breeze app and let them know that I’ve been trying to make an appointment. Both times I was promised someone would call me back. Told someone named Stephen would call. That was over a month ago and still no call back. I met Dr. Howard Busch once during my first appointment and his bedside manner wasn’t the best and haven’t seen him since. I should have believed the reviews and never gone to him at all. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. If you need a good Rheumatologist…he’s not it.
