Dr Glover is caring, compassionate, thorough and takes the time to hear my concerns & address them fully. I highly recommend this doctor and her practice. I’ve been with Dr Glover for at least 5 yrs. She was referred to me through my Gastroenterologist & I’m so glad she did!

Horrible front office service. I was assigned this clinic as my PCM however can't get an actual appointment. I've called every day multiple times for the past week and can't get an answer or return phone call.

It is horrible place to have primary doctor. Not reliable, impossible to make the follow up appointment. They don’t pick up the phone, when they do, they place on music hold more than 5 min without asking.

My wife and I have been using Dr. Glover for approximately 10 years. She's thorough, caring, and is an excellent diagnostician. I've noticed that there have been some negative comments about her back office. The staff has been totally replaced and are operating efficiently. They even have a receptionist at the front window who actually smiles.

Dr. Glover came highly recommended by a close friend. I made an appointment in February only to be called two day before the appointment to say she wasn't going to be available. Made a second appointment and received a call saying she wasn't going to be available for that appointment. Both times I was offered a practitioner. If I'd wanted to see a practitioner I would have called and said I want to see the practitioner. I think this is bad business they're playing with people's lives canceling appointments at the last minute. If she can't handle the load maybe she needs to get out of the business or stop accepting new patients knowing she cannot see them. I would not recommend Dr. Glover as a PCP I'm disappointed in the lack of concern for the patients.

My family has been going to Dr. Glover for years and she’s been good to us. However, the front desk staff is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had a swollen lymph node which I was concern was serious. I even had to speak with one of the nurses to ask my about any other symptoms I had since I could get an appointment in the week of thanksgiving. She said she spoke with Dr. Glover and that they would get me in the following week, but that I needed to get blood work done before so we could discuss it. I went into Quest about 2 days later and after waiting for over an hour I found out the never sent the necessary paperwork and I waited for nothing. Now I have an appointment next week with the proper tests done and no one with answer the phone at the office. Never mind the fact that they NEVER return calls even if you leave a voicemail.

Been going to doctor glover for 15 years or more haven't been in a few years was told I'm a new patient and can't bee seen till December what a great help that is...

My wife was recently in a car accident. The accident was bad enough where my wife needed to be transported to the hospital by EMS. She has some lingering pain and trauma associated with the accident and needs to be checked out by her primary physician which is Dr. Glover, and has been her primary for 10 years now. Dr. Glover turned my wife away and will not see her because the "paperwork is too complicated" as her injuries pertain to a car accident. This is ridiculous. We will be looking for another physician and I recommend you do the same.

Dr. Glover and her PAs get 5 stars, however the front desk staff is absolutely horrendous. They are terribly rude don't return calls and sometimes they wont answer the phone for hours on end. you have to constantly follow up over and over just to get small things done. and when you do finally get someone to answer they seem annoyed and cold. it truly is soo sad that an amazing doctor can have such a terrible staff. I really hope they can turn this place around!
