I have never met a Dr. so caring and one that actually makes you feel important. Dr Monzel, is an amazing Dr. he actually cares. So glad I found him. Awesome doc

No complain about Dr Monzel, my update of this review is for the office, you guys have 3 start and is too much, several time I call at 1030 and you guys still have the recording request us to call in business hrs. ah??? 1030???? Your recording stay that your office open at 830. Wake up guys wake up somebody has to pay attention an disconect that recording when the office is open. It is annoying. Again my complain is not for Dr Monzel he is great, but somebody in the office must pay attention to disconect that recording, do you guys will go out of business or what. Who is the Manager there must pay attention what is going on in the office. Disconnect the recording at 8:30 guys.Thank you. Michael Monsel, my husband first visit we were amazed with him, he took his time to explain us what was the best procedure to do for my husband pancreas problems. My husband and I leave that office with optimism, we trust him because he show us his knowledge. We need more start, he is more than 5 start. Thank you Dr. Monsel. We will continue visit you and follow your direction.

First time at this office, was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and Doctor. I didn't wait long and was made to feel comfortable. I would definetily recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Monzel and his nurse practitioner Mariliz Britton are wonderful practitioners. They always provide active listing, knowledgeable medical advice and responded to my questions even after having seen them in the office. Dr. Monzel is highly experienced doctor with years of practice. I recommend them for any gastrointestinal problems.

Dr. Monzel takes time to listen to my concerns. He is thorough and does call me after hours when I have more questions. He has years of experience in his field . I trust his knowledge.

Dr. Monzel was terrific. My procedure was at Palms West Surgical Center and Dr. Monzel spoke to me before and after the procedure. He made sure I understood the results and when I followed up in his office, he again repeated everything and asked me if I had any questions. He even did a diagram for me. I would absolutely recommend him and his office staff has always been kind. I work in the medical field and it is difficult to get a doctor and his office staff on the same page. They did a great job.
