If I could leave a review with “0” stars I would. Nastiest DR hubby & I have ever been too. They run 1 to 1.5 hrs behind schedule every time, not just a fluke appt. EVERYTIME!! Dr and staff are grumpy, abrupt, and condensing! Dr is like Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde, one appt so nice, next appt bites your head off. We will be seeking a new Dr going forward. This man needs to retire because he obviously can’t stand his patients. Word of advise… Find another Dr.

Dr. Warshoff and his staff work hard to give their patients the very best. If you are looking for office fluff with soft music playing, go somewhere else! If you are looking for a doctor who tells it like it is and helps you recover, call for an appointment. He is straight forward and helps you to understand that you have to do your part to get better...no miracle workers are advertised there. He helped me where others tried to pacify me....I needed to breathe, not be lulled to sleep. I give them a 10 and would recommend to all.

I have sleep apnea. He ordered my cPap. I’m hoping this is what I really need. I needed a prescription for a sleep med until I get my devise. They couldn’t fax or electronically send it so I drove there to get it? They gave me a prescription on a piece of paper I told them this that’s not going to work? They said they didn’t have prescription pads? What kind of doctor doesn’t have prescription pads or write prescriptions? I spent the whole day dealing with this and it’s still not resolved? I’m going to find another doctor. NOT Happy

I took the day off to take my mother to see Dr. Warshoff. The office did not mention when i made the appointment, that my mother would have to leave her credit card information on file, and sign a realease authorizing them to bill her credit card, or she would not be seen. My mother just got out of the hospital for the 4th time in 3 months, and this follow up was absolutely necessary. I explained to the office that my mother was waiting for a replacement credit card to be mailed to her, and that we would be happy to pay cash for todays visit. We would provide her card information as soon as her new card arrived. The rude office manager shook her head and told me that my mother would not be seeing the doctor then. I couldnt believe it!! I am lost for words! What kind of office does this?? We would have glady paid cash for the visit. We would have evwn paid before she she even went in to see the doctor. But their first priority was not that of patient care, it was all about the credit card!! Just wow!! Wished I had read these reviews before we ever made the appointment.

Waited with husband for a scheduled test he had. This office is in the older buildings towards the back and to the side of Palms West Hospital. Lots of parking with other offices being inside the main building. The waiting room is small but, has ample seating. The receptionist greets you and checks you in. We waited about 15 minutes and were out within 15 more. Will update after next appointment at the end of the month, January.

The staff was outstanding and very friendly and courteous the Doctor was amazing very kind and warm hearted. Explained to me what was going on and showed concern and didn't leave me confused like some other Doctors have. I personally would recommend him to other's.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was referred to this practice by another physician. I called and attempted to make an appointment explaining UPFRONT that I was referred by another physician. The office staff was rude and unprofessional from the start. They asked for the reason for my visit. After I briefly explained, the woman on the phone rudely responded with “this is a pulmonologist’s office”. I then told her I know and went into more detail as to why I needed to see a pulmonologist and soon…. Her response was “well we don’t have anything until at least February”. Don’t even waste your time here! RUDE and unprofessional.

Dr Warshoff is a wonderful doctor. He listens to what you have to say, and guides you in the right direction. His staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. I would recommend this dr to my family and friends.

Just do not go. The low score is thanks to the uncooperative front people this office has, which fall under the Dunning-Krugger effect attitude. They do not want to learn the differences between co-payment vs. deductible. They will request your credit card for the record and they will run a credit score on you before admitting you as new patient. I recommend the doctor to check on his employees to gain back reputation.
