List of Rahul Patel's Reviews
Dr Patel has literally saved my life. I was diagnosed with kidney cancer and my insurance would not let me see who he thought was the best person to take care of the job and he said let me work on it within a few days he had me in the office many times I woke up in the hospital and he’s been right there by my bedside, I feel like when I’m in to see him I’m the only patient and yes it takes me a while when I go there but when I leave everything is taken care of all the other appointments are made with even other doctors I would not want to switch this doctor at all from my list he is the best primary care physician I’ve ever been to !!!
Incredible wait times. Now matter how early you arrive, you will wait approximately 2 hours to be seen.
Dr Patel is the best Doctor I have ever encountered. Amazing knowledge and attention to detail. Analyzes tests meticulously and provides outstanding treatment advice if needed. Answers all questions without any time constraint. Office staff is marvelous. I am so lucky that my friend recommended Dr Patel to me.
I do not recommend Dr. Rahul Patel. He is a bad doctor! I am a healthy male in my mid-50's. I went to see him for a wellness check (yearly physical exam). He scolded me as if I were a 10 year old child for eating red meat and drinking red wine. He actually scolded me!! Who the hell does he think he is? You do not talk to patients that way. Additionally, he ordered a completely unnecessary blood test: vitamin D test. This unneeded test is not covered by insurance because is it is completely unnecessary. I tried appealing for a year but in the end I got stuck with the $241 bill. Again, for an unnecessary test. Is he getting a kickback from the lab? Otherwise, why order a completely unnecessary test that the patient will have to pay for out of pocket. It just makes no sense. He is the worst doctor I have ever been to and needless to say, I do not go see him anymore. Stay away from him!
I have been bringing my father to Dr Patel for a few years now. Overall, he's a good doctor and we're satisfied with his feedback, recommendations and the level of care. The only minus is the long wait, almost an hour in the waiting room every visit but this has been my experience with most PCPs in the area. The office personnel are friendly and accommodating. However, make sure the nurse reports the vitals and any major weight changes to the doctor, he doesn't always receive it timely.
Dr Patel is an excellent doctor. My mother was his patient for years. I had to bring her to her appts for about 10 years. He was always kind, patient and thorough. She had to change doctors due to her new assisted living program. She is now 92. Now I’m his patient and I will recommend him to anybody looking for a great doctor.
thourough and professional
doubled statin dosage of rosuvastatin in 2021. suffered muscle enzyme damage/weakness in march of 2022 and have not recovered since. limited activities with legs and my life has changed badly. still going to physical therapy but little improvement yet.
I’ve seen Dr. Patel for years and all I see is dedication to his patients. He is very knowledgeable and suggests lifestyle changes before taking medications.
Dr Patel has always taken his time with me and made sure my health was his number one priority

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
