I had a checkup in may and I still haven’t been able to reach the office for the past two weeks trying to get a written athletic physical clearance.

The only reason I am giving Dr. Guerrero 4 stars is because all of our appointments were through telemedicine. All phone calls to office staff were great (they are super helpful and friendly). Telemedicine visit was completely normal (aka it's normal to have to wait for 5-15 minutes in my experience). Dr. Guerrero was friendly, greeted my child who was with me, asked pertinent questions and was very good at explaining his analysis. He was not quick to jump to hasty conclusions, but instead looked at several data points over a period of time to help us figure out what our toddler was dealing with. Professional and easy to work with. He does mumble (as several other reviewers mention) but all I had to do was ask him to clarify or repeat anything I didn't catch. Our toddler's pediatrician recommended him, and we were very happy with our experience. Surprised to see such horrible ratings here!

Dr. Guerreo is a kind and compassionate doctor and he has a very professional and friendly staff. I'm so happy to find another awesome pediatric gastro doctor for my granddaughter as we lost her last doctor due to insurance changes.

Dr. Guerrero treated my son, while admitted into Palms West Hospital for severe abdominal pain, quickly and accurately. Thank you Dr. Guerrero.

Dr. Guerrero himself is awesome! The reason for 2 stars is because of his staff. They are so snobbish and rude like they're doing you a favor. No honey, you are getting payed to do your job and if you don't like it, quit! Their customer service is trash! You can literally be the only person waiting and they'll make you wait 45 minutes to get called back. Wonder what in the world they're doing back there. Glad I found a better gastroenterologist near the area.
