All Pediatric Care's Online Review Report Card

I got a call from my son’s school that he had a strange red mark under his arm that he said was hurting if touched. I left work and straight to school then straight to this office. Imad Jandali got him right in. Checked him out..had some laughs so my son was so super comfortable. The office is bright and cheery with all the Dr. Seuss all over. I my son is 5 and was perfectly happy there. I cannot put into words how overly impressed I was and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. If I could give more than five stars I absolutely would! Amazing!

Finding a pediatrician is so hard, I am so glad we found Dr.Masterman and everyone else here! They are incredibly reassuring, not pushy at all, and can always get our kids an appointment when we need to be seen.

Dr. A in the lutz office, and Dr. B in SH office are phenomenal! These doctors have been taking care of my babies for over 10 years and my other family members children for over 15 years! They are very gentle with my littles and take their to listen.l to my concerns. Dr. B and Dr. A were very compassionate through my sons autism diagnosis and helpful when providing information for the specialists he needed. All of the assistants and the entire staff are always very friendly & truly very kind to the kids. On many occasions they have gone out of their way to help with appointments & really whatever you need. You can take your kids wherever you want, but if you want them to have the best care, All Pediatrics is the only choice ❤️

This office and Dr. B have been an absolute Godsend to me and my little boys! I have never had a bad experience, ever! In fact, I live not even 5 minutes from the Spring Hill office and will still happily drive to this office because I know I’m going to be so well taken care of here, just as I am at the Spring Hill office. When it comes to my children, I don’t mess around. I’m admittedly an overprotective mom and an extremely particular woman, so trust me when I tell you, I don’t just settle for anything, especially health care. Dr. B and his team are hands down the best I have ever experienced, and I am so thankful I have found a forever doctor for my family.

This review is only on the front desk/ person answering phone (Alyssa) Similar to a prior review- this has by far been the most frustrating, disappointing scheduling process I’ve been through. I had visited the clinic with my son for an emergency situation and wanted to return with all my kids for routine pediatric care. The doctor was super pleasant and the office was cute and kid friendly. I’ve been on the phone with her about a dozen times and every time we have to start all over again. They have been trying to obtain records from our previous pediatrician to schedule appointments for my 4 kids to be seen ( one which is overdue her for her vaccines). I have been in touch with the previous doctor to ensure they received records request and had them sent out. There was no effort on Alyssa’s part to assist me in making an appointment whatsoever. She was unpleasant and seemed irritated every time I spoke with her. Wouldn’t even say thank you, you’re welcome or goodbye. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor/ manger and was provided with Jess phone number. I wish she hadn’t returned my call unlike the previous reviewer. There was no sympathy on her part and similar to Alyssa, she seemed to not care at all. Very unprofessional. I will still be bringing my children there to see the doctor because I’ve heard such great things about Dr Maryam Belavilas and am excited to meet her and get my kids established ( plus I’ve already spent almost 3 months going back and forth with this fiasco). I feel bad her staff is treating patients like this.

I recently switched my granddaughter to All Pediatric Care in Lutz and filled out all the patient registration forms, totaling 6 pages of detailed medical and private information. Dr. Maryam Belavilas, who has seen my granddaughter on two occasions, is extremely nice, kind, and knowledgeable in the field. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff has been the complete opposite. On Friday, June 21, I called to make an appointment for my granddaughter and was told she was not a patient. It turns out the staff lost all of the registration forms. The front desk person informed me that I needed to refill the registration forms and offered no explanation as to what happened to the medical information I had already provided. To make matters worse, the front desk lady was not friendly and did not provide any reassurance or accountability regarding the lost records. She simply stated that the doctor could not see my granddaughter until all the paperwork was resubmitted. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was directed to Jessica. I called twice throughout the day on June 21, 2024, and left two messages, but I never received a return call. The lack of response and professionalism from the staff is highly concerning, especially when it comes to handling sensitive medical information. Despite Dr. Belavilas's excellent care, the office staff's incompetence and lack of communication have made my experience with All Pediatric Care extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope they take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent future occurrences.

We couldn't be happier with the care we've received from Dr.B and Dr.Ellina and the entire staff . From our very first visit everyone has been incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They always take the time to listen to our concerns and answer all of our questions thoroughly. welcoming, and professional. We feel so fortunate to have found such a fantastic pediatric team for our little one! Highly recommend!

Dr. B is the best for my littles, I’d drive the world just for him to take care of my babies!! Highly recommend!

Incredibly sweet, fast, and clean. My daughter who is 9 really enjoyed the visit. The doctor and nurse were kid friendly and gentle with testing for strep, covid and the flu.

Elena and Alyssa were great. They took me right away. They were very professional. I will definitely recommend to Family and Friends.
