List of Arlene Martinez Delio's Reviews
She listens and is understanding. She's very methodical and above all caring. You feel as if you have someone you can trust. She helped me live a much better life. saved my life. She did what other physicians were too busy to do. She also has a great staff
These so called '5 star reviews are BS'. All the perfect reviews on here are fake. Notice the responses from the office on multiple patients experiences are wrong and all their fault. I was a niave patient about 13 years ago. I felt like something wasn't right, but I ignored my instincts like I usually do. I asked for help from Martinez and she made it about herself. I was asking for help with addiction and I was shut down and she gave up on me. She only cares about herself and her image. I thought I was crazy for a bit. My mom and no one believed me when I said there was something off and uncaring about Martinez. Please be warry about going here. I wouldn't want my child or anyone to go through this.
Their secretary is so rude like I honestly just called to ask where I could take my son for the ADHD testing and the lady was completely disregarding rude I wanted to find out where it was at. How long was it gonna take me? I was gonna ask if I could take him now if he was gonna be busy the only thing she told me was, you don't need me on the phone and hung up
They are really unorganized here, if you can avoid coming here the staff here are pretty rude and just don't care and Dr. Arlene herself is never organized i have never had an appointment actually start in time we usually start 30-40 mins after the appointmen. Just avoid this place trust the reviews for this one it's a low star rating for a reason
Staff was rude!!! Had an appointment for my son today who needs his meds after just getting out of the hospital. IHE HAD AN 1:15 APPOINTMENT WE ARRIVED AT 1:10 AS THE STAFF WERE ON THE PHONE... SHE RETURNS AND SAYS ITS 1:18 I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE THE MOST NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAl STAff I have ever encountered. No sympathy for the patient or the situation just simply don't care!!! One star was too much
I choose was referred to Suncoast psychiatry the office on Dale Mabry by Lucet the mental health division of Florida Blue. They scheduled me with a zoom call with a PA Candice. Lucet told me that virtual visits would be zero dollars and in person visits would be $40. I live in Pinellas County and their office is in Hillsborough county. First appointment they collected $40 and I explained I had a zero dollar co-pay. They still wanted a credit card and short charge me the $40. I drove over the next day to have genetic testing done which I paid for out-of-pocket. Then the three ring circus began. Since they're in another county pharmacist in my county didn't want to fill any type of medication. I would call the office they wouldn't answer the phone or they said that they would get the doctor a message and during a six week , I got one phone call back. I had I believe five zoom appointments. They wouldn't call the medication in to the pharmacist that I finally worked with Florida Blue to accept the prescriptions coming from another county. I also had two conference calls with Florida Blue on the phone with the office explaining that I don't have co-pays for zoom visits. The standard answer I got was you have a credit on your account? Will forward the information to the billing office and I never heard back. The only return phone call I got from the PA was last Wednesday and this is medication that you can't just stop cold turkey or you may really end up in a horrible situation since you're dealing with mental health! so I called the office the following Monday morning and also sent an email and said if I didn't hear from Candace or Dr. Martinez by 12 o'clock that I was calling Florida Blue. I actually didn't even wait till 12 o'clock. I called Florida the mental health division before 12 and filed a formal complaint explaining everything that had transpired. I explained that they had charged me $40. It should've been a zero dollar co-pay and they put that in the complaint that they are in breach of contract for charging me a co-pay for a virtual visit and I put it in dispute with my bank, so yes, they are running a scam. If they're charging for in person visits for virtual visits, that's scamming the insurance company. I've been referred to a new psychiatrist in the office seems absolutely lovely and the communication already is phenomenal so I can't wait for my appointment. I can actually drive and sit down and talk to my new doctor and also do Zoom. This office that I will be going to absolutely lovely in every aspect by talking to them on the phone. They have wonderful communication skills, unlike Sun Coast psychiatry. I wouldn't take my dog to Sun Coast psychiatry. They don't communicate with you, you're dealing with peoples mental health and they don't care, I paid for DNA genetic testing to make sure I get the proper medication and was never sent my results even though I paid out of pocket $330 for the test. I had to call the company and get the results myself because Requested them several times from Suncoast and they never sent them. So my advice is stay far away from this office either the one on Dale Mabry and lutes or the one on Web in Tampa if they're under Arlene Martinez, steer clear. If you're not crazy and you're just depressed or anxious, by the time you're done dealing with these unprofessional people, you will be crazy ! I urged you if you have been scammed out of any money or I've had any issues you need to file a formal complaint with your insurance company because they can get released as a provider and then good luck patients!

I've been seeing Dr Martinez and her ARPN for 20 years... Never an issue. I self-pay...They have shown nothing but respect courtesy... sometimes they are behind, but I imagine that it's patients using extra time. She also has an office in Town n' Country.
the way I was treated and spoken to in this place I once called work was the worst experience ever. would not recommend for anyone to ever be treated like this. From the office manager to the HR dept and even the owner horrible.
Excellent Excellent When I arrive the staff was very friendly and helpful. The session was no different. I received great care and are glad to have found this place in town and country.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
