Seem very knowledgeable, and well experienced.

Abysmal bedside manner. Referred us to a specialist and when referred back to Dr. Pastore for surgery, he was dismissive and attempted to discredit the surgeon's opinion. Comes off incredibly arrogant and rude when people are in the hardest and most frightening moments of their life.

Dr Pastore is the BEST Cardiologist 3-29-23 had cardiac catheterization. Dr Pastore and his wonderful team took excellent care of me. Margaret Atkinson

i only had 2% chance of living ,Dr. Pastore gave me a life. that was over two years a go.

Horrible! I will not return to this office. Dr. is very rude and felt he didn't take me seriously. I left the office in tears

If you are looking for a caring, compassionate doctor, THIS IS NOT HIM. Charged $600 to tell me I only have about 18 years left to live (I'm 60) and will probably need medications sooner or later.

Irresponsible, lack of follow through, unwilling to work with insurance companies. Terrible front office communication with follow up. This doctor is highly overrated and I recommend you steer clear of Mr. Pastore.

The office staff is extremely rude. They refused to see me over a 19.00 bill which had NEVER been sent to me after 5 months. They also refused to call the insurance responsible. I never got to see the fabulous Dr. Pastore.

Dr. Pastore told me I had severe Aorta Stenosis; he was referring me to a surgeon, Dr. Rovin at Morton Plant. Dr. Pastore said two things, you can go see the surgeon or die, go home and wait for them to call you. I went home and waited to hear from Dr. Rovin’s office. On February 22nd I still had not heard from Dr. Rovin’s office. I called Dr. Rovin’s office to see the status of the referral. I was told they had not received a referral for me. I then called Dr. Pastore’s office and asked for the status of the referral. The only thing I was told was we will send it. On March 1st I called Dr. Rovin’s office again to see the status of the referral. I was told they still had not received the referral, however, they told me they would request the referral for me and that they would order it stat. On March 5th I called Dr. Rovin’s office again. Once again I was told they did not receive the referral or my medical records. This time Crystal told me she would call Dr. Pastore’s office and request the referral and medical records again. Crystal advised that she would call me back within 45 minutes to let me know if she received the referral. Crystal called me back to let me know she called Dr. Pastore’s office twice and only received 1 page. Crystal took pity on me and gave me an appointment without having my records with the understanding I would go to Dr. Pastore’s office, obtain my records, scan them and email them to her. On March 5th at approximately 3:30 pm I went to Dr. Pastore’s office and requested my medical records. I also asked why with several calls over 3 weeks by me and 3 calls from Dr. Rovin’s office they never sent the referral or medical records. I was met with a shrug and told the transmissions failed. I asked if a transmission fails are you not notified and take action to somehow get the referral and medical records to the surgeon. Again I was met with a shrug of her shoulder. Crystal asked if they gave me the echocardiogram CD’s. I said no, Crystal said she would contact Dr. Pastore’s office again and request the CDs. Please honor this request! Today, March 26, 2021 the surgeons office called me and advised they requested my Echo CDs/Digital data twice now and still have not received them. I went into Tampa Cardiac Specialists / Dr. Pastore’s office and requested my digital Echo data. Nope they have no idea how to get them off the system so they can’t give them to me.
