Dr Robin and his dental technician were great. Very kind and explained everything. Took care of my situation quickly and gentle with my pain. The whole process was so much easier than I had expected. I’m very grateful for that issue to be resolved!

Excellent hygienist. Doctor and staff is very friendly. Good experience. Update: 6 years later my opinion, and that of my family, has changed. The current situation has degenerated to the point we are looking for a new provider after almost 30 years at this office. They no longer have a dentist on site, only online. The hygienists seem mostly concerned with selling trays, mouthwash, toothbrushes, etc. My most recent gripe is that they are sending me bills well after the last cleaning for services I did not approve. Very disappointing and frustrating. The services they most emphasize are those not covered by my insurance. If insurance covers zero cost of something, that tells me it probably is unnecessary.

I have this establishment a very good review 7 years ago, moved back into the area and scheduled a cleaning. Basically they will try to add as many unnecessary services as possible to increase your final bill. There is even a video on "trays" that they have you watch even after you inform them you are not interested. Even though I have dental insurance and no cavities my cleaning cost approximately $800, would have been much more but I declined most of what was offered. This is a corporate establishment that is only concerned about making money, they don't even have a dentist on staff there is a large TV hooked up to zoom where you have a virtual interaction.

Called in & booked an appointment to see a dentist (I'm having trouble with a tooth). Arrived early, but had to wait longer than I'd like to be seen. Was immediately whisked away for a series of x-rays, without having been evaluated by a professional yet or anyone deeming that new films were medically necessary. That process took awhile. Then I was greeted by a hygienist after another wait. Was quizzed about cleanings and such. Apparently they thought I was there for a cleaning. My most recent cleaning was July 24, 2023, I'm not due for another one yet, and at no point did I ever request a cleaning. I JUST needed a dentist to evaluate this one tooth and devise a care plan. The hygienist moved on to trying to push an oral cancer screening, and to sign a proposed care plan. I couldn't understand them or the plan, nor if it would even include what I wanted, which is for someone to just look at this one dang tooth. So I gave up on them & walked out. I wish they cared about losing a potential new patient. Seems like yet another dental office that just wants to pile on as many services as possible to get every penny out of you or your insurance that they can. Shoutout to the receptionist, who was the one shining light during an otherwise annoying visit. She seemed like the only one to genuinely care about me.
