I am so thankful for this place and especially Vanessa. I took my son here for about 18 months and she is so great with kids. She is the type of person that will go to stores and buy toys and games that she will be able to play with the kids.
No one ever answers the phone and all information for my child was submitted and two weeks have gone by and no response. I leave voicemails and they never return calls.
Just a bunch of clowns with nasty attitudes working here! They do not care about you or your child. They assumed my family was on medicaid because we are black. They don't verify insurance claims correctly just to charge patient unnecessary. This is a violation of many insurance contractual policies and I will be contacting United Healthcare tomskr th aware of the fraud Communication Corner is doing I don't understand why when I ask the billing manager a question she rolls her eyes at me.

I Dont like writing reviews but i am so disappointed at this place . My son was suppose to attend for ST at 8 and OT at 8:30 . I took him to therapy on a Monday and i received a call that i needed to pick him up at 8:30 because his OT therapist wasn’t coming in that day . Funny when i go pick my son at 8:30 i see his OT getting out of her car and going into the office . They lied , a week later im informed that his OT was leaving the office and from there my son has been floating or cancelling his sessions. Understanding that they are short staffed with their therapist because my sons speech therapist also left the office , i requested a discharge letter to take him to another office and let me tell you the struggle i had to go through to get that letter . 3 weeks and i only got it because i went in person to get it if not , i will still be going back and forth with emails with Jenni that she ended up ignoring too . So disappointedAnd before you guys say something about this post not being true , this account is under my maiden name . My last name now is Dishmey
Unprofessional. Sessions felt rushed and they barely took the time to let us parents know what was going on. Did not communicate well at all.
First, I tried to cancel my appt with this business, and I was told that I would be charged 50.00 to cancel. But Its 60 to see the Doc. So I went and apon entering I was temperature checked and told I had to wait in my car while I filled out 7 pages of paperwork. And When I came back in, I would have to remove my shoes during the visit. So, I made a judgment that I wasn't going to go through with this visit and leave. And at the end of the business day, I was still charged the 50 dollars. I technically showed up for the appt but didn't like all of their rules and procedures. So I don't feel I should have been charged.I would not recommend or will not return.
Rianna is great with my son and he is comfortable with her. She gives me feedback for daily tasks to help him.
scream frustrated not been able to express himself and as soon he started with Gabe he bcame more social now he turned 2 and we understand him he is more relax. I took him to therapy to help him not to get behind eventhough doctors said he was find for his age. I will recommend Communication Corner & More to anyone love the professionalism and staff!!
