My 10 year old son goes to Dr. Martin for severe environmental allergies. She thoroughly explains everything. She was able to quickly explain an inconsistency in tests that an ENT we previously visited could not. She was highly recommended by my pediatrician. Ultimately, we decided to go with allergy shots. We've been going at least once a week for a few months, and everyone has treated me and my son with kindness and patience. I've never had a negative experience with staff.

Dr. Martin was very nice, and I liked her thoughts about getting me off steroids as much as possible, but her office policies are quite problematic for me. I’m transferring from another office out of state from which I brought allergy syrums. She wants to start me at a much lower dose than I had been getting, even though it is not a new formulation, and even though I have never had a systemic reaction in 20 years of getting allergy shots. I’m having lots of breathing trouble now and had to increase my steroids to make up for it.

Doctors seem to take their own sweet time before they actually see the patient. My appointment was at 2, I got there early. They finally took me back 15minutes after my scheduled time... and after an hour still no doctor. Won't be coming back

Office screwed up my daughter's appointment. They were very quick to charge the co-pay! But when it came to apologize for me taking a day off work and taking my daughter out of school and wasting our time...not even an apology!!! I will NEVER RECOMMEND this practice.

Dr. Martin is great. She takes her time examining the patient and explaining diagnosis and treatment options with the family. I am a healthcare employee myself and I am very impressed with the care she provides to my daughter.

Dr. Martin is brilliant with heart and soul dedication to her patients and her practice, heads off potential issues, few surprises only preparedness. She cares deeply and when there were no answers; she has tirelessly hunted the country for the very best specialists. I feel she would be there to help my children if something happened to me. I pray for her; thank God for her. She facilitated health in two very sick babies. 9 years later my twins are thriving! God keep her in your loving hands.CF
