I dont usually ever write reviews, im a very understanding person. But i do have to say that this is probably one of the worst providers ive ever seen. He is definitely one to solve problems with medications rather then trying to actually help patients. He was extremely disrespectful in our last appointment. Im 23 with very rare disease - which im very aware he is only a primary. However there were so many things he missed that could have stopped me from getting this bad, he did not offer any options, nor did he even try to point me in the right direction, instead he had put me on anxiety and depression medications and told me that i just have to accpet that this is my life and that i probably wont ever not be in pain. In the apt when i tried speaking to him while crying begging for help, he excused me, told me to stop talking and spoke to my mom infront of me and acted like i wasnt even there. I know more medically now then this physician does. I highly dont recommend unless youre just trying to get meds.

Called to establish as a new patient and was asked a bunch of nonrelevant questions to then be told "I'll pass this along to the Dr and he will make a decision as to whether to accept you as a patient or not." What?! I have never heard of such a thing my whole life...sounds like outright discrimination to me. Talk about a red flag!

I love this office! I have been going to Dr Kashlan and Tracy for 2 years and they treat you like family! Prime Aesthetica is Phenomenal !!!! Dr does very meticulous work and is very conscientious for his patients. Tracy is super knowledgeable and goes out of her way to accommodate all and is very well educated in all aspects of her nursing career!

Dr. Kashlan and I have known each other for over 13 years, and he's been my primary physician during that time. Not only do I feel this family man's compassion, he has an energy level which I connect to every visit. His efficiency in diagnosis and treatment matches his professional proficiency. He listens and asks investigative questions to pin point issues. He is not timid in being honest with me for my personal care and with what actions I need to be taking. There is a total trust feeling I've had with Dr. Kashlan from the first time I met him. 5 stars because there aren't 7!

Even though I am 87 I choose to drive to Lutz from New Port Richey to see Dr Kashlan' He is an outstanding internist and always takes the time to hear me out and successfully deal wit my multiple health problems. He keeps me in good enough shape to take care of my handicapped wife and still bike 5 miles and swim 45 minutes each day.
