She has been our pediatrician for 15 years. Very thorough and caring. Takes the time to test and diagnose correctly. My 24 year old was sad to have to leave the practice at 22. Both my girls were/are so spoiled by her level of care that they would always rather stay sick and wait until she was back in the office on Monday than see another doctor. If we do have to go to the ER, even as children they would ask the attending doctor to please call her first.😊 As a mom, I always felt she listened to what I saw at home and gave instructions so that I could be comfortable to treat them and handle the medication she prescribed. I always feel free to call back if they don’t improve or new symptoms come. She had the little one from the prenatal visit on so she thinks Dr. Hartman is synonymous with doctor in general and expects all doctors to have the same professional high level of care as well as personal touch of remembering what’s going on in her life the next time she sees her. As a mom I haven’t had any negative experiences with any of the doctors in the practice. They are all good, but doctor Hartman has been a partner for my Husband and I in raising these two girls. Our 2 boys were pretty rough and tumble and only saw the doctor every few years. My girls were frequent flyers with asthma and complex illnesses but always received that great level of care. I can’t think of anything a pediatrician could do more or better.
Good doctor, but wait time is terrible (always 30-40 mins).
My daughter has been going there since she was two, and she's great at her job!
Dr. Hartman - She's truly amazing! She writes notes down to give to the parent, which helps out tremendously! So friendly, understanding and down to earth.
Dr. Hartman is a average doctor for a parent who just needs a doctor to give their child a flu shot, how ever if your child is actually sick or has a chronic disease (which my child does) she is useless. She never has followed up on any of the information given by my daughter's multitude of specialists and has even refused to prescribe a highly important medicine which was recommended by all of the specialists. Therefor, if you want a doctor to just give your child cough medicine once a year, then she can do that, but if you would like a doctor who follows up and really gets involved in your child's case, then I highly suggest to look elsewhere for a doctor.
She is as much of a dotting mom to her own as a Dr. to your kids. I love the fact that she cares so much and not make you feel like your just another patient.I go out of my way to make sure my daughter just sees her.I recommend her to anyone everytime
