I had a benign cyst on my neck for 17 years that no one wanted to touch because of location. Dr. Highsmith performed a clinical exam with thoroughness and professionalism. I asked him if he would remove it as I could no longer wear jewelry or even wash my neck due to pain. He felt confident that he could successfully remove it. Within 1 week I was in his office for outpatient surgery that took him about 35-45 mins. to change the quality of my life. I am so very grateful to him for his honesty, proficiency and skillful hands!! Jesica was one of his amazing assistants who saw me from start to finish and gave me complete instruction and care! What a TEAM!!!!

I recently moved to Florida from Texas and was concerned about getting a new Dermatologist. What a wonderful experience on my first visit! Dr. Highsmith took care of problems the other doctor overlooked. In addition, he and the staff are the most friendly I have encountered in a medical office! I highly recommend Dr. Highsmith!

I went to Dr. Highsmith's office today. I had never been to the dermatologist before but, I went to simply get a mole checked out. Dr. Highsmith recommended removing my mole. He was so nice and patient with me because he knew I was nervous! I would highly recommend this office. He made the procedure virtually pain free and QUICK. The staff is amazing as well, with Jessica being my nurse! I would definitely go back.

Dr. Highsmith really listened to my specific needs and wants and made sure to do what was right for me. He is very knowable. He was so helpful and really took his time to explain things to me. I had four different procedures done and I was very nervous and the pain. He virtually made it pain free. I highly recommend him. As far as the staff they where very friendly from the moment I walked in. The office itself is beautiful and was very warm and inviting
