Jerry Hedrick's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Hedrick is a professional, efficient doctor. He is very experienced and without a doubt the best dermatologist I have ever seen. I've been seeing him now for approximately 5 years and he always knows right away the problem and the solution. I have 100 percent trust in his ability to diagnose and prescribe exactly what needs to be done.

I visited with acute itchy bumps on my head that became sores. I believed I had been infected with something at a hair salon serving children. Dr Hedrick ignored my opinion. He cut a piece of scab from my head but sent it for analysis with poor requirements. He pronounced my issue as "itchy head syndrome" with a topical solution prescribed that did not work. LATER a valid scraping by another dermatologist identified ACUTE BACTERIAL FOLLICULITIS for which I am now on antibiotics. His careless, incorrect diagnosis subjected me to a more serious infection and longer treatment.

I visited Dr. Hedrick because a I had a patch of dry skin that was bothering me by my right ear. He told me he couldn't see the dry patch, but saw a mole nearby, said that might be the cause, cut off the mole, sent it to a lab, etc. The lab found nothing, but they did charge me an additional $84. Subsequently, I went to my dermatologist in Miami, he saw the problem, gave me some cream and the itchy patch of skin cleared up.

Dr. Hedrick has been my dermatologist for many years. He discovered cancer on my face that had been overlooked by others. Dr. Hedrick saved part of my face as another doctor told me if it had not been discovered then we would have been looking at removal of a large part of my check. He has treated me for a number of basal cell carcinomas in addition to the rarer more complicated one shown above. He subsequently cared for a number of my family members as well as friends I have referred. A doctor friend of mine goes there as well.

I've only visited Dr. Hedrick once, but my husband has gone to him for years. I felt that he was very thorough, and also very kind. His staff too, is very helpful. I needed to make several calls to them about the medicine that had been prescribed, and they were very kind and gracious, and prompt with getting back to me. I will recommend him to anyone.

After 29 years of service I can honestly say I wouldn't go to anyone else. Dr. Hedrick combines expert knowledge with a caring approach to medicine.

My wife and I have recently signed on to Doctor Hedrick's, both very pleased. Today 4/26/18 I had a cyst removed from my back, the assistant was Natalie, who gave me the numb shots. she was awesome, never felt a thing. she deserves a raise! I guess we could throw the Doctor in there also. all went very well. everybody was very efficient. Thanks Art

Dr. Hedrick was so professional, caring and approachable! He made sure that I understood the situation and treatments necessary. Stefanie was very helpful and responded very promptly to concerns I had after my visit. It was one of the best experiences I've had a doctor's office in a very very long time! I will definitely keep coming back!
