This place is something else. I got a referral for Dr. Roach to view my hand. When I called his secretary, she would not let me schedule an appointment with him. Told me I had to go to the ER. I went to THREE different hospitals! They transferred me to Bayonet point where he was supposed to see me but never did! I called his office again for him just to look at and tell me what is needed. Let me remind everyone that I have a referral! So I guess I will have a lawsuit on my hands seeing they are denying seeing me. I don’t know if Dr. Roach is aware but this is unprofessional!
Dr. Roach was absolutely amazing from the first visit to the last visit. He explained everything to me in terms that anyone would understand and was VERY up front about the possible risks associated with my surgery. That alone made me choose him, because every other physician I had went to not only left the risks out, but tried to push other procedures on me even though I was very clear about what I wanted to have done. Dr. Roach and his whole team, right down to the team he worked with in the hospital was amazing, I cannot say enough good things about them! If I ever need/want anything else done he is my first phone call.
Dr. Roach was very professional and patient with me. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I’m in love with my results and am so thankful to him and Kirsty!
Hello, I went to Dr. Roach for breast augmentation and am completely satisfied with the results. Beginning to end everything was great! If you have been thinking about plastic surgery, look no further and go to Dr. John Roach! He and his office crew are amazing!
Life changing. From the initial consultation to my entire recovery, Dr. Roach was attentive and great to work with. Dr. Roach listened to my questions and responded openly and honestly. His staff is amazing and what a great office! Love my results and new confidence. Highly recommend him!
I was a patient of his back in 2008. Last year I needed some advise. Dr. Roach was happy to help. Great doctor.
Stay away! I am 6 surgeries in, 3 of those, performed by Dr. John B. Roach. After initial surgery, I had no cleavage, to the point where my breasts were touching without a bra. The skin that’s supposed to be attached with my sternum creating cleavage, was completely lifted, and my implants touched. Dr. Roach determined it was Symmastia = (uniboob) & bottoming out due to close dissection. He recommended, it had to be corrected at no cost to me, but that I still had to pay for hospital, a mesh and anesthesia's fees. I went back under to have the correction done. With this correction came lots of stitching and a mesh, in attempts to keep the right implant in place. Short after the second surgery, I noticed redness and a leakage coming from the right breast incision. This led to a third surgery, only a few months after the second surgery (& again Dr. Roach's fees were waived, but I still had to pay for a new implant, a new mesh, hospital & anesthesia again). ...SEE FULL REVIEW ON GOOGLE!!
Ladies, stay away! I am 6 surgeries in, 3 of those, performed by Dr. John B. Roach. After my initial surgery, I had no cleavage, to the point where my breasts were touching without a bra. The skin that’s supposed to be attached with my sternum creating cleavage, was completely lifted, and my implants touched. Dr. Roach’s determined it was Symmastia = (uniboob) & bottoming out due to close dissection. He recommended, it had to be corrected at no cost to me, but that I still had to pay for hospital, a mesh and anesthesia's fees. Initially, I was told and understood that there were risks with surgery, so we agreed that it needed to be fixed and 9 months after my initial surgery, I went back under to have the correction done. At the point of my 3rd surgery, Dr. Roach determined I needed to have a drainage put on my right breast (yes painful, uncomfortable, and left horrible scars). Later the drainage was removed and the Symmastia was still not fixed. There was no way I was going to go back for a 4th attempt, after the first three unsuccessful surgeries. Grateful and blessed to have found another doctor who was willing to take my severe case and did an amazing job with the correction. Currently about 8 months post my last surgery and although not 100% perfect, it is very close to it, and finally feeling healthy again. Ladies, just imagine all the trauma physically and emotionally, as a consequence from choosing and trusting Dr. Roach. Not to mention the amount of money, time wasted, and the pain that I have suffered. JUST HORRIBLE. Would not wish this on anybody.
AMAZING
Dr. Roach is a miracle worker. As a result of having four areas of skin cancer removed from my head and face, I was left with some pretty big holes. Dr. Roach was able to close the holes (one required at least 50 stitches). He is so proficient in his work that you can barely tell that I ever had holes or stitches in my face. I recommend Dr. Roach to anyone who is in need of a Plastic Surgeon. He is the best around. You will be amazed by the work he does. His staff is also very pleasant. Always willing to do their part to assist you, even if it s a question via telephone call. They always call you back with an answer.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
