Dr Borelli is awesome. He has replaced both my knees and I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. HOWEVER, Bay Care falls short in it's communication with me. I had a follow up at the Lutz office but you, without any notice to me moved Dr Borelli to New Port Richey. I knew that the move was planned but was told he would be in Lutz for my most recent appointment. I happened to notice a different address on the reminded notice I received. However, the address given said it was in Tampa, not NPR, and had the wrong zip code. I finally figured where I was supposed to go and set my GPS. I got to the new location and pulled up to the building behind the Surgical Center. After parking and hiking across the parking lot in 95+ degree heat and hiking all over the building looking for Suite 202 found out there was a second building and that is where Dr Borelli. Hiked back to car, across roasting parking lot to other building parked again, got out of car and hiked across another parking lot. Might I suggest you label the buildings A & B and include that as part of the address, which I assume you will correct, so patients can find the doctor. You manage to hire really great staff, why can't you get the Administrative part right???

Dr Borelli has already replaced one knee and I have scheduled surgery on the other. I had several very negative experiences with other ortho surgeons so was very picky about who I selected for my surgery. Couldn't be happier with Dr Borelli as my surgeon. !! He is friendly and personable. Technically excellent. Could not believe how quickly I recovered.

Dr. Borelli was able to heal a humerus fracture on a 90 year old woman after the hospital had messed things up by sending her home in a sling. He took x-rays explained the correct healing process and 2 weeks later she is able to use her arm.
